Nice condo right on the water. Easy access to Dillon and Frisco shops. Good communication with manager. The unit has floor heating and gas fireplace only. We found the floor heating not enough warmth but a space heater worked well. Keurig coffee maker a plus!

If i could give 11/10 stars I would. The condo was beautiful, so well stocked with home away from home needs. It was so nicely appointed with Colorado touches, a great layout, a killer view of the lake and easy walk to lots of good places to eat and recreate, including the amphitheater. Still can't get over how good the outdoor space was with the gorgeous view. We'll be back!

Property is as described and the area is beautiful! We did lots of exploring, fished the Blue and lake Dillon. Shopping at the outlets was a let down as most places were closed. Would definitely recommend pontoon rental from the marina. The swimming pool and hot tub met basic requirements after a busy day and we never had to share them with anyone. Proximity to the amphitheater was perfect. Will watch for upcoming shows and be back! Sheree was a very communicative host.

Stayed here with a friend following the loss of my husband and for my birthday. Sheree was easy to work with and to communicate with. She kept us informed of codes and other house information with emails and notes around the house on how to work things. Townhouse was perfectly supplied with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Sitting on the balcony with the best views was the highlight of our trip. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the weather and views. Fireplace was nice on a cold night and waking up with that view from your bed was amazing. The living room couch cushions were aged and not that comfortable but we didn't spend much time on rhe couches. Outdoor grill is large and was easy to use. We totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you Sheree.

We had a lovely time at the condo. Everything was as described and we couldn't beat the location. The views from the deck are beautiful and it had great walkability to local restaurants and activities. We would love to stay again in the future!

Our rental was comfortable and relaxing with a gorgeous view of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. Heated floors and rustic bathrooms and bedrooms allowed us to settle in and rest.

As many of the prior reviews indicated, the views are absolutely phenomenal, and the photos on the listing really don’t do it justice. The location is great, just minutes from everything in Dillon. We will definitely be staying here again!

Our family just returned from 5 nights at this wonderful condo and we are already planning our summer trip! Best location we have stayed at in 25 years of traveling to Colorado. The view of Lake Dillon is breathtaking and everything you need from restaurants to bowling is within walking distance. Watching the final round of The Masters while grilling on the private patio is as good as it gets.

Really liked this place. You can't beat the location and having garage parking is a huge bonus this time of year. The views of the lake were fantastic and was walkable to restaurants even in the cold. Only complaint was the walls are pretty thin - we could hear everything happening in the unit next door. Fortunately they were not loud but if you had a loud renter next door it could be an issue.

Thank you! We stayed for a staycation from Denver for thanksgiving and it was perfect! The location was super easy a hop skip to movies, restaurant, grocery and had a wonderful view of the lake! Cozy with good furnishings and shower. we will be back!!!

The owner has a lot of pride in maintaining this condo and makes an effort to ensure visitors enjoy their stay. Clean, comfortable, and well provisioned. Easy access to skiing; 20-45 mins depending on multiple Resort options. Exit 205...pathway to the venue was the critical cut-off point for I70 and US 6 (snow) closures. Our good fortune...we were unaffected by closures...made it home. thank you

Spectacular view of lake and snow dusted mountains. We loved the overall location and rustic feel of the condo, including the gas fireplace bridging the living room and master bedroom. Close to trails and Frisco. Looking forward to a return visit!
