Nestled in Watch Hill, this attractive condo for $500 per night is a great option for your next trip. Consider booking a weekly stay this fall or winter , and enjoy a discount for your booking. Discount available for stay during April, May, June and September. Located in the heart of the downtown Watch Hill, this Condo is an oasis of serenity in which you will never want to leave. Economical option to wedding venues in the area, most within short walking distance. Take long walks on the beach, watch the beautiful sunsets, relax to the sound of the waves and stroll to the light house. With easy access to both the public and private beaches, a historic Carousel, a downtown area full of shops and restaurants, you will always be entertained. In this brand new condo, you won't have to worry about fitting your whole family because our condo easily sleep up to 6 people. In the master bed room there is a luxurious queen bed, and in the other bed room there is a bunk bed with a pull out trundle. The top bunk is a single, the bottom bunk is a double, and the trundle is a single. Also in the living room the couch has a pull out bed . The condo has 2 bathrooms which each have a shower, a sink, and a toilet. But the master bathroom also has a jet tub. The top of the line kitchen has all of the best stainless steel appliances such as a spacious fridge and freezer, a microwave, a gas stove and an oven. You can eat your one of a kind meals at indoor or outdoor dining areas. The patio not only has a breath taking view of the beach, ocean, the downtown area, and the beautiful sunsets, but it also has two rocking chairs and dining table. This condo also has 2 flat screen smart tv's and wifi for when you are relaxing indoors. The flat screen TV in the living area has a gas fireplace under it. Condo rental includes 2 parking spots. We traveled as a family, including two kids, and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Watch Hill. The unit is spacious, clean, well-located, convenient, and comfortable. It is walking distance to a number of shops, restaurants, and beach access points. Erich was a terrific host. He was very responsive, flexible, and accommodating and it was clear that he cared about our family having a good experience. We would highly recommend this unit for future travels to Watch Hill.

This condo is well laid out with a terrific deck overlooking Bay Street. We loved the color palette of the rooms and the lighting throughout the unit. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open, giving a very spacious feeling to the common areas. I loved the well-stocked kitchen since I enjoy cooking - every utensil I needed was provided. The location, right on the corner of Bay Street and Larkin is ideal. It's right across the street from the beach and the tiny carousel - and a few minutes walk from East Beach and Ocean House. Erich is the consummate host and went out of his way to insure we had the very best time at his place. And we did!

The property was perfectly situated right in the town of WH across the street from one beach and down the hill from the other. It was perfect for our three young kids (5, 3, 1). We were surprised how big and spacious the property was and it was very comfortable for our week long stay. The condo had everything we needed, including beach supplies. We loved our stay and would love to return.

What a wonderful time we had in Watch Hill. A perfect spot to enjoy all that Watch Hill has to offer. We enjoyed walking the shops, getting ice cream at the St. Clair Annex, watching the flying horse merry-go-round, and relaxing on the beach. It was so nice waking up to the sound of the ocean waves and eating breakfast out on the deck. The condo was very clean and comfortable to stay in. It was nice having beach supplies to use too. We enjoyed our beach vacation and were truly able to relax.

My wife and I grew up in this area and have lived in CA since 1982. We both always loved Watch Hill but this place with it's spacious rooms and convenient location make this a great stay. Walk to the beaches, shops, and restaurants was great. Ice Cream across the street too!!

We were just looking for a quick get away between the end of school and the start of all our summer activities. This place hit the mark for everything we wanted - walkability to the beaches, the shops and restaurants of Watch Hill. The condo was clean and spacious. The owner is very friendly and full of helpful highlights for the area. We hope to come back again!

Everything was clean and tidy. The location was wonderful and directly across the street from the beach. Getting into the unit was easy. I also really liked the size of the appliances.

The property was so convenient to everything in Watch Hill. Very comfortable, well appointed, everything you need in the kitchen, and a wonderful front porch and eat out patio. Easy to get to the public beach, down to the shops, and just to mill around town. Sitting just right on the front porch you can see the sunset which is gorgeous or take a hop up to the lighthouse for a spectacular view. Erich has done a fantastic job making sure the space is comfortable and special. Very easy to work with. We will be back.

This condo is SPACIOUS. I traveled with 2 parents (ages 74) and 2 children (ages 11 and 12). We had more than enough room. Beautiful beach views from every room and every window of this condo. We go to Watch Hill often and this condo is located in the best possible spot. Quick walks to beaches, lighthouse, shops, and restaurants. The condo is fully stocked so no need to over pack. Plenty of paper supplies/goods for the kitchen and bathrooms. Very easy to maintain and keep clean for a week. Property manager made every part of the trip smooth and stress-free. Definitely a quiet area, which is what we like. Everything shuts down by 9 pm and reopens around 9 or 10 am. Perfect vacation for kids and/or adults who want a beautiful, quiet New England coastal beach trip. We will definitely return.

The condo in Watch Hill was the perfect location for a kick-off to summer family trip. The place was very clean, well-stocked, much larger than expected, and nicely decorated. The location doesn't get any better being right in the heart of historic Watch Hill. Sitting on the porch watching the main road and carousel was a highlight! Everywhere you look are water views - there's really nothing better or more relaxing than seeing the ocean all around you! The owner, Erich, was great. He was communicative from the very beginning, incredibly kind and welcoming, and was accessible throughout the trip if we need something. We will certainly be back in years to come! 5/5 rating here!

Wonderful stay at a great property. One nice element is that it is the place at the ebd of Bay Street in Watch Hill you have some side windows that look out. The owner was nice and helpful to deal with at all times. Definitely would return.

Our family of 4 stayed here while we were attending a wedding at Ocean House. It was a very quick walk, and you are in the middle of everything but it is so quiet and spacious. We definetly want to come back! Communication with the owner made you feel that you were friends for years! Thank you Erich!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Watch Hill. Erich's home was meticulous, beautiful and in a perfect location. Erich was very responsive to questions and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location of this condo is in walking distance to many gems... including town, Napatree Reservation, the Watch Hill Lighthouse great little shops and magnificent sight seeing. We had a wonderful time and were pleasantly surprised by how much fun we did have.

We thoroughly enjoyed 3 nights in Watch Hill staying at Erich’s lovely condo. It was just as pictured, in the perfect location, and Erich was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We hope to return for the same long weekend next year!

My wife Sandra & I booked this Unit for my Birthday weekend. We planned dinner at Ellas Restaurant for the first night That was delicious. Second day we had breakfast at Sift Bakery down the street from our Unit. Be prepared to wait in line their that good. They open at 8am. The unit comes with Beach access so we took advantage of that and spent a couple of hours taking in the sun. Lastly we went to the Ocean House Hotel for dinner. All in all great weekend. The Unit was everything i expected it to be and more. very satisfied with the whole experience.

The place was spotless very comfortable felt like home. Excellent location u can see and hear the ocean from deck. Would definitely stay again next summer. Oh and bonus the owner let us go up to roof top deck to enjoy the view for a couple hours. Best relaxing vacation ever.
