Welcome to YuleTide, a unique loft experience in the heart of historic downtown Apalachicola, FL. Apalachicola is a quaint southern town with a strong maritime culture, an eclectic group of locally owned shops and galleries, and award winning restaurants featured in Wine Spectator, Coastal Living, and Southern Living. All are within a block or two of YuleTide. You may enjoy an evening dining in and the complete kitchen, outdoor grill, and private courtyard make it comfortable and easy. Perfect location to enjoy the old town and riverfront eateries. Space is architecturally excellent and furnishings are a comfortable and fun blend of styles.
Fenced in patio entrance protects you from the brightness of the 24 hour service station adjacent to the property.
Would rent again.

We loved this place! It was super clean, and well decorated. Very spacious for a couple. We were a 2-3 minute walk from everywhere downtown. We loved all of the lovely exposed brick and wood. I would stay here again, and recommend it to others.

I have stayed at Yuletide annually for several years. I enjoy the location in Apalachicola. I spend my days on the beach on SGI. I love staying in Apalachicola because there are more restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Everything is in walking distance. The private parking space is very convenient to the loft. I love staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Yule Tide! It was charming and had the perfect amount of space for 2 people with all the conveniences you find at home! Very easy to find and the location was in walking distance of so much to do (shops, restaurants, etc.). Will definitely stay there again if it’s available during my next trip to Apalachicola.

A bit warm in our loft bedroom in the summer but the fans made it quite comfortable. Only drawback that doesn’t take away from a five star review is the road noise, but you can’t hear it inside, only on the patio.

It’s the perfect location, I honestly can’t imagine a better place for a couple to stay in Apalachicola. The interior design and decor is great The bed is super comfortable and the bedroom loft is incredibly spacious and again, beautifully decorated. Major bonus is the completely private and large courtyard area. Super short and lovely drive to Eastpoiny and St George’s island. But why leave Apalachicola! Seriosuly, this is a gem!

It is literally only a few steps to the downtown shops and restaurants. The beaches at St George Island are some of the best I’ve seen. Over all Yuletide provided everything we needed for a memorable vacation in Apalachicola

This is a very cleverly designed loft in a converted commercial building with brick walls, wooden ceiling and cement floors. Inside is a virtual museum of artistic pieces and all of the modern amenities one could need. There are plenty of fluffy white towels and crisp white cotton sheets (yay- no microfiber!). The tub/shower is big and has incredible water pressure. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is compact and very functional with plenty of equipment. If I had to come up with a negative, I would say it was a little noisy, being between a restaurant and gas station on a busy street. We could hear noises/voices from the restaurant. This was not an issue for us. Another positive was an adorable private courtyard area with a pergola, bistro set and gas grill. Suggestions for added amenities: salt, sugar, and plastic wrap/foil. If we were ever to visit here again, we would be thrilled to stay here. Thank you for sharing your wonderful loft.
