Beach chairs and umbrella provided. We have put together two notebooks for you at the condo. Location was perfect as it was away from the more touristy areas. The condo was nice and perfect size for my husband and I. The building was very quiet and loved the short walk to the beach. Would love to come back!

Loved this condo! We enjoyed our long weekend. The condo is very well decorated and had everything we needed. Kitchen is very well stocked. Loved the very comfortable king size bed. All of the furnishings were in great shape and very clean. The location was very convenient to grocery shopping, restaurants. I would recommend this property and we will definitely book this condo again. Communication with the owners was top notch! Excellent property!

I loved the ease that we had locating the property and getting entrance. It was a very short walk to the beach- less than 3 minutes! The condo was homey. Everyone we had interactions with was helpful and friendly. Plenty of local restaurants to choose from. The condo kitchen was well supplied for cooking as well. It was a quiet and comfortable vacation.

Convenient location. Easy beach access. Nice pool. Excellent communication with the property owners. We stayed with a 2 month old, 3 year old, and 10 year old and had a great time. My only complaint is that there isnt a lot of storage space for luggage for 5 people but I would absolutely stay here again anyway.

This property was perfect for our family. We have 3 young kids and it was great. The walk to the beach took us about 5 minutes. On the way back each day we took advantage of the pool and hot tub. We are already wanting to book again!

Sam and Jan are excellent hosts, and very gracious to share their wonderful home. It is comfortable and clean, and has an extra large balcony. It has everything needed and more. The beach is a short walk away, and a great location between Johnson Beach and a snorkel location by the public beach access. We enjoyed every moment!

We had a great stay! The unit was just as described and there was plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The balcony was great and bigger than most other units since it is on a corner. The kitchen had all the dishes and pans we needed. The pool was fun when the kids were done at the beach. There’s also a hot tub. The private boardwalk to the beach is really nice to have access to and the beaches weren’t crowded at all. I had a couple questions before we arrived and Sam was very responsive to my emails. We would stay again!

Awesome everything - location, condo, beach, pool and owner! Been visiting Perdido Key since 1994 and have stayed at several properties and Grand Caribbean is my fave - small gated complex, well priced for the many amenities, and close proximity to the beach. Loved this unit, it's the nicest I've stayed in there! Comfy bed and living room furniture, really nice tile flooring, beautifully decorated. Loved that there were plenty of hooks and towel racks in the bathroom, kitchen very well supplied and organized, nice TV sets to enjoy when taking a break from the outdoors. The balcony is huge and also well-furnished. A++ for owner communication, very quick to respond, always friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay in this unit again!!

WE needed somewhere to stay close to our daughter condo on Perdido Key. This property was available and when we needed to change our check-in and check out time the owner was wonderful and accommodated our request. My wife described the property as "perfect" for our needs!

Short walk to the beach, even for our 2 yo. Outdoor showers and hose to cleanup from the sand. Awesome beach-not crowded at all. Had everything you need-cooking, sand toys, chairs, bath towels, etc.. Less than 5 min from Publix, many stores and places to eat. Owners were great to work with after our 2 yo broke his leg before our originals dates were set and let us choose from another available time frame. Was a great experience overall and very fair rates!

If we asked, we probably could have gotten more but the fact that we needed to ask for items drops it from a 5 to a 4 star. Otherwise it is close enough to the beach and you can see it from the balcony. The condo itself was nice and had all we needed. There was construction happening at the site but it didn't disrupt us at all.

I got bit by a spider at ur property. And my arm got worse and worse I actually needed up in the hospital for the past week. And just made it home and have along road ahead it was a brown recluse spider

It was quiet and comfortable! Loved the pool and the fact that the building was only 4 stories! No huge crowd at the pool or the beach! My sisters and I had an AMAZING time!! The owners were very helpful and always available for questions. Definitely want to go back!!
