About this condo rental
Nestled in Indian Rocks Beach, this charming condo for $375 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. NEW BUILDING IN INDIAN ROCKS BEACH UNIT 202 - This apartment is on the LEFT SIDE of the building when you are facing the beach. Our new coastal style building features SIX APARTMENTS. There are two apartments per floor. Fees include EVERYTHING YOU NEED for an amazing beach vacation: paddle board, skim boards, canoes, beach chairs, all kinds of beach toys, beach umbrellas and beach towels. There are two BBQ grills on the property. Each apartment provides 2 parking spaces. Also there is a WASHER and DRYER in each unit. UNIT 202 is a TWO BEDROOM / TWO BATHROOM beautiful direct BEACHFRONT unit with an EXTRA-LARGE balcony facing the beach. The balcony is perfect for outside dining. Relaxed Florida casual décor. Super comfortable beds. There is also an ELEVATOR for those that wish to avoid stairs. A HEATED SWIMMING POOL makes it all complete! There are BBQ grills in the pool area for fun beach / poolside dining. There are two apartments on each floor. So, if you have another family or a larger group you wish to travel with, you can search ID# 1131130 (unit 201) for availability, and book both units, which would give you the luxury of the entire floor! Indian Rocks Beach has many wonderful restaurants and fun attractions located close by. PS: I kept all our reviews from the past three years, in order to show that I am an excellent hostess and to provide the traveler an idea of the property location and area.

We loved this condo. Location is great, really nice Condo with so many extras such as beach toys, paddle boards, and they even have detergents, and soaps. We have stayed at probably 20 places from Madeira Beach to Indian Rocks Beach and this is now our favorite!

This condo had everything you need to feel at home on vacation. It was very clean, stocked with many kitchen, bath, pool and beach supplies which was really helpful. The oceanview and sunsets are amazing! We had a few days of Red Tide and I requested to borrow the kayaks to use at Clearwater Beach since it was not an issue there and the owner approved the use. We didn't actually take them because we waited a few days and the Red Tide improved so we used them at the rental location.
Maria was very nice and helpful during our stay as well. Would highly recommend this rental and we look forward to returning in the future!

The condo was perfect for our family of three. Very easy access to the pool and the ocean especially if you have a little one. Everything that you need is already there. Management went above and beyond to make sure we had everything. Can't wait to go back!

Everything was as expected. The management was very responsive. One example. Before coming I asked about the possibility to have a printer in the unit (because some of us needed continue to work while in Florida). And new printer was there when we arrived.

The listing does not do it justice
You never know what you are really gonna get when you rent somewhere online but rarely is it BETTER then expected. I thought this listing was too good to be true but it was even better. It has everything you need. The place was spotless. It had tons of space. Between the pool and the beach we were barely inside but it has all the essentials for cooking and easy access to things around the area. We are avid beach people with lots of gear at home and I was worried we wouldn’t have stuff for the beach but they had everything. Beach bags, towels, chairs, floats, beach toys for the kids, kayaks, umbrellas and even shovels. Can’t wait to come back again.

This property was perfect for our family spring break! A brand new building only a few steps from a beautiful beach. Our unit was decorated nicely and included everything we could have asked for plus some. The provided beach chairs, kayaks and paddle boards were awesome! Indian Rocks Beach is a very nice area with several restaurants nearby but our favorite, Beach Waves Grill, was only a 30 second walk from the condo! We’ve been going to Florida for several years and Tommy’s on the Beach is our new favorite!

Our most favourite rental ever!
This spacious unit with terrace doors that slide across for true indoor outdoor living comes equipped with a gorgeous kitchen, very comfortable bed and linens, and all the necessities of home. The high ceilings make it feel extra airy and that view of the ocean sunsets is a slice of heaven… ahhh. Just steps to the heated spa like pool or beach from your door. Our small dog was welcome too! Patrice and Domingo are personable, attentive and available hosts and it was a pleasure to stay in their brand new building on the beach!

Tommy's on the beach
My wife and two boys and I stayed at Tommy's for a much needed vacation. The location was outstanding and the property was great. Patrice, the property manager was extremely quick to respond to all of our questions. The beds were really comfortable and the sunset views from the private deck were beautiful. I would definitely stay again.

Our new secret get away!!!
Our 2 teenage girls loved the area. They had a wild manatee swim up to them, they met local teens that taught them to skim board, catch jellyfish, find sand dollars and much more. The cottage was perfect for us. Patrice was quick to respond to texts. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need. We ate out mostly. The location is perfect! Close to shopping & restaurants. The beach is beautiful, white sand and chrystal blue water. We will return. This will be our newest little getaway.

Perfect getaway at Tommy's on the Beach! We loved the location and the accommodations. It's bright and has the perfect beachy feel to it. Everything you need is provided including all the beach items. Umbrellas, surf boards, fishing poles, chairs, toys, you name it its there! Patrice has thought of everything, and it was an easy check in! Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels, soap and other necessities including a laundry room. The balcony looking out at the beach was awesome! We enjoyed sunsets every evening! We will be back and next time we might just bring the whole family - you can reserve all three units and accommodate 16 people! We were impressed with it all! Tommy's on the Beach is your next getaway!

This is a great little condo unit for anyone looking for a relaxing stay at the beach. It is set back slightly from the beach, which gives privacy as well as a yard area for reading, relaxing or conversing in the shade. Beautiful beach. Excellent dining options nearby. If you are looking for ultra modern with bells and whistles, look elsewhere. This property is charmingly retro, yet nicely equipped. We loved it, and plan to return next year. The owner, Patrice Bravo, is as nice as can be.

The location was perfect... private beach access, walking distance to afternoon cocktails at On the Rocks for us and for evening fun for our daughters. The best Cuban's at 7th street... The accommodations offered everything we needed. Beds were nice, clean and comfortable, kitchen had everything you could need, beach access and beach necessities were all there. We all decided this location, the accommodations, the wonderful deck, beach and sunset views were everything that we needed to have a great end of season vacation. Patrice and Carrie were wonderful and ready to take care of our every need. I would love to keep this secret place to myself but it was just to great not to share. See you next year Patrice.
