The property is in an excellent location in the heart of Valencia. The area is full of restaurants, cafés and shops; you couldn't ask for more. The room offers everything you need for your stay.

An excellent location right in the heart of the tourist part of Valencia.
Managed to book this gem at very short notice and received instructions to access the property immediately.
A rather excellent restaurant opposite the front door.
The shower head didn't seem to fit properly on the fitting attached to the wall so you had to continually hold the shower in one hand.

I liked the location and the ease of check in/out, bed was just ok, microwave worked fine, AC was good but could have done with some instructions on how to use it, there was no hot water when I arrived but the host had it working very efficiently by the time I returned.
The floors were dirty, the shutter style doors didn’t seal properly so it was drafty when windy, luckily we had warm dry weather so it wasn’t a major problem, the shower head was broken and kept falling off and only sprayed half the water straight out the other half hit the wall, stairs are narrow and made it difficult to carry large items up and down,
