About this apartment rental
This charming 3 bedroom/2bath apartment is steps away from the plaza, arts and cultural district, restaurants, shopping and nightlife in the center of Historic Downtown Taos. Located on the 2nd story of one of the oldest buildings in Taos, you will see views of downtown and Taos Mountain from every window. Enjoy dining, famous New Mexico sunsets, and stargazing on the 400 sq ft rooftop deck.
Pet friendly, we welcome one pet. There is a $75 pet fee per visit. Please add your pet before booking.
The space:
1250 sq ft with a spacious living, dining and kitchen area. Primary bedroom has a king bed, large windows and a TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds. Hardwood floors, kiva fireplace, two skylights, 50 GB fiber internet service and two parking spaces are just outside the door.
Other things to note:
The space is in an urban area overlooking the quaint patio of the little shop downstairs, tea.o.graphy. You will be steps away from enjoying teas, coffee, and sweet snacks.
Taos is not a late-night town and tends to shut down by 10pm most nights. This apartment is in a prime downtown location, you may hear occasional nighttime sounds typical of a vibrant small town (sirens, passing cars, etc.). Most guests love the energy and walkability! We want you to enjoy your stay so please reach out if you need anything.

Our stay at this beautiful rooftop house in the heart of historic Taos was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The home had everything we could possibly have needed and more — every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it feel warm, welcoming, and effortlessly comfortable.The authentic New Mexico vibe throughout the house was incredible, full of charm and character while still offering every modern convenience. The rooftop patio was a true highlight — the perfect place to relax with coffee in the morning and unwind in the evening while soaking in the views and atmosphere of Taos.The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and all of the accoutrements and amenities were top-notch. It truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. We honestly hated to leave and were already talking about our next visit before we even checked out.Without question, we will always book this home whenever we return to Taos. Highly, highly recommend!

Fabulous In-Town Apartment Clean Clean Good Comfy Beds and walk to everywhere!Visit All the Galleries and Eat at Any of the Top Choice Restaurant’s in TaOs TOwn or Attend an Event! The Apartment has a Great Outside Upper Deck Patio to enjoy those Mountain Views and 2 Great Bathrooms and a Smaller Kitchen but Equipped for the Basics.This Super Upstairs apartment also has AC!! and is Private w/excellent parking access.Easy to Ck-In & Out Thank You for Sharing Terri and Martin! This IN-Town Apartment was unbelievably convenient! We were able to walk to Meetings and Visit Friends in town. We never had to drive, we just walked everywhere. The apartment is Spotlessly CLEAN Clean, Beds are GooD! We all slept very well here! This is a Super little Upstairs Apartment! It does have GooD AC and a Lovely Patio Deck Viewing Area wHeRe we enjoyed a Snow Covered Mountain Top View to the South! We also enjoyed having all of Our Meals, when not out at a Fantastic Event or Restaurant, outside on the Patio. The Apartment is very private and is equipped with all the Amenities you will need! In-Return You will have an ALL-Access Pass and Your Choice to GO …to ALL of the Fabulous Restaurants on the Square, Visit those One of a kind Galleries and FIND that perfect Art Piece in one of the Unusual Shoppes inTaOsTOwn!! …a no brainer …Thank You Terri and MartinWe shall Return!
