Nestled in South Forest Beach, this charming condo for $223 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This condo 220 is the first condo on the side from a direct oceanfront. Huge ocean view. We have Central Air and heat System in our condo, not every condo in this complex does. Most just have a wall air unit in the living room. The Seaside Villa complex is located oceanfront, the beach is just out the door. Located between Holiday Inn and the back entrance to Sea Pines, this complex is in the Hilton Head South Forest Beach area. This gated beachfront complex is one of Hilton Head Island's most convenient. From Pope Avenue to Coligny Circle the first right is South Forest Beach Drive. Seaside Villas are within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, miniature golf, a water slide, miles and miles of bike paths, family recreation, and shopping galore. The unique restaurants on Hilton Head Island are Chef owned and operated. We will make recommendation of our favorites, also favorite dishes. Days at the Beach There will be days when you do not need your vehicle, and it will stay under the covered parking. This complex has elevators, and is comprised of one bed room ocean view and ocean front units which have some of the Hilton Heads best beach views. For guest enjoyment the complex has two private swimming pools, picnic and grill area, also oceanfront sun deck. Airports in area 25 Miles to Savannah, Ga,(Sav) ; Hilton Head Airport (HHH) 6 miles from complex Hilton Head Island has their own airport 3 miles from my condo. Call letter for Hilton Head Island Airport is(HHH). Also Savannah , GA a 40 minute drive has an airport. The call letter are (SAV) , Three hour drive is Jacksonville , FA has an airport . Gated Parking with covered under Building Parking Under the building and surround building parking. Free with parking pass . This area is gated and you will need a device to enter. Seaside Villas are within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. There will be days when you do not need your vehicle, and it will stay under the covered parking. Small condo met our needs for a quick spur of the moment NYE weekend getaway. Condo was clean, had everything we needed (we didn’t cook so not sure about kitchen supplies) and location was convenient to restaurants and grocery store. Just a short walk to the beach which was nice!

Property was just as described. Definitely one of the cleanest condos we have stayed in. Bed was soft and comfortable. Bedroom had pleanty of space on either side of bed which is a plus at Seaside. It was not fancy by any means but cleanliness comes before fancy for us and that is why we give it 5 stars. We will definitely stay here again.

We unfortunately had to cancel last minute due to illness. I did not expect a refund due to such short notice but I was glad that our cleaning fee was refunded since no cleaning was necessary. I can’t say anything about the property but communicating with the owner was fine.

Popular getaway. Easy access to ocean/beach and island activities. Hilton Head may be the most groomed resort you will ever visit. Beach was immaculate. Beautiful sunrises. Entering the resort the first day was a little confusing but was give precise directions. Just follow them and all will go well.

We had a very pleasant stay, I received all the instructions needed ahead of time from Charlene, plus restaurants recommendations. We loved the apartment, we had everything we needed for our short vacation. The location is great, right on the beach, with a nice access, and very close to Coligny Plaza. The 2 bikes are very nice and the trail's access is right across the street.

Beautiful condo with very nice ocean views. Christine was very gracious even when I called her late at night because I had lost my emails with the instructions for entry. Lots of added touches like beach chairs and bikes. It made for a lovely few days in Hilton Head!

We had an excellent stay. The unit was just as described and the key pad on the door made accessing the room very easy. Location next to the beach was amazing and so easy to ride the bikes to Coligny Plaza was convenient.

This condo was very nicely done with great appliaces and beautifully decorated. The view was amazing. We have stayed at a few of the Seaside Villas over the years but this one has been our favorite. We would definitely stay here again.

30 years ago, my family vacationed in Hilton Head, SC. My husband and I just returned for a wonderful 4 days. Charlene's condo is amazing! It is immaculate. We were able to comfortably cook when we wanted (especially breakfast.) Go out to many of the excellent nearby restaurants for lunch. Then enjoy cocktails on the wonderful balcony. The balcony has terrific views of the beach!! The condo parking was really convenient. If you need to use an elevator, it is right there! We never had a wait. The pool looked lovely but we preferred to walk to the nearby beach. When we had a question, Charlene was very quick to get back to us!!

Small functional condo. Excellent location and great view of the ocean. Clean. Quiet. Could have used another dish cloth and drying cloth. Also we couldn't find the cord for the kettle but these are very minor things. Bikes that were provided were older but good for riding the bike paths so that saved us on renting bikes. If you're looking for a condo mainly for sleeping, breakfast and the occassional meal, this is perfect.

After somewhat of a hassle getting through the entrance gate we made it to our room. Tried to follow the long list of requests from Charlene… no parking pass to be found for our vehicle in the room.. that took time to settle. Unfortunately, the moment we entered our room there was such an overwhelming odor, which I believe was some sort of cleaning agent or sanitizer in the duct system. We tried airing room. We went to dinner and came back and the odor was still there. I had to sleep on the pull out sofa where the odor was less strong the first night. After I finally received a response from Charlene the following morning and a trip to urgent care( I am asthmatic) we were able to move rooms which I was grateful for. We once again loaded up our luggage transferred to new room… had to wait because there was a locksmith doing work. The rooms were both fine and if I had not had an issue with my asthma it would have been a great trip. I was under the weather the whole time. It was actually somewhat of a hassle just getting settled in there. Definitely could use an easier check in process. We were really disappointed. My spouse and I were there to celebrate our 30th anniversary. I have never once complained or asked for a room change in all of our years of traveling. I hope this issue was rectified before any other renters with respiratory issues arrive. I do appreciate Charlene allowing us to move rooms but if I were her I would’ve offered a discounted rate since we had such an awful experience. The only “ discount” she gave me was not making me pay for the cleaning of the room we stayed in the 1st night. What a disappointment.

This property is ideally located for vacationers not wanting to drive everywhere. We parked our car the first night and never moved it until we we’re leaving. We either walked or biked (huge included bonus)EVERYWHERE!! The condo was just as described, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation! Being able to see the ocean while cooking was amazing & the bed slept like a dream. We will definitely being going back!! Thanks for making our trip so memorable!

Unit has been well maintained. Very efficient use of space. A little difficult to figure out the security front gate, but communication with Charlene was great and then everything worked fine. We had one housekeeping request and Charlene was very responsive, with the housekeeper arriving same day. Overall we would definitely return
