About this apartment rental
Wake up to ocean views, walk to the beach, and ride along the coast on free bikes. Our cozy villa is made for couples, beach lovers, and nature seekers. Fully equipped kitchen that includes a large variety of spices for cooking meals in and has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, balcony, beach gear, and walkable to shops and restaurants. Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Would not change a thing. Check in and check out simple. Villa was super clean. Host were wonderful and the view of the beach was absolutely stunning. Would use their services again. Highly recommend.

Although we didn’t get to stay the whole time due to personal reasons, we enjoyed every minute of the time there. Everything was set up nicely and we loved the renovations they’ve done. I could have slept in the shower! To top it off they had sugar cookies as a personalized welcome gift and it’s the little things like that that are so meaningful. We will definitely be back!
