About this apartment rental
This bright and airy oceanview villa offers everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. Enjoy stunning views, wood-look luxury vinyl flooring, and Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped that has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, and the cozy layout includes a Queen bed and a sleeper sofa. Beach chairs And Bikes included! The bathroom features a stand up shower that is very modern and is beautiful! Just steps to the sand and a short walk to Coligny Plaza’s shops, dining, and entertainment. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. 🌊☀️🏖️
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.
Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️
Biking is the preferred method of transportation on the island. We provide two beach bikes for you and there are rentals available across the street from our building or you can bring your own.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Such a great beach getaway! The condo was just as described. Clean, cozy, close to a beautiful beach. The communication process was easy, owners were super responsive. It was perfect for me & my husband. We will definitely be back!

The property has newer appointments and was very comfortable. We loved the direct access to the beach. Easy to get to everything else - groceries, restaurants, shops.

The unit was as advertised. Close walk to the beach and our favorite spots at Coligny Plaza. We will book again!

The furniture needed shampooed it was noticeably dirty the beach umbrella did not work properly other than those 2things it was nice
