Pros for this space: 1000% you are in the heart of the action/city. You are a 7 min walk to the subway (which is excellent for Naples and we used it daily to get around and to the train station); a 15 min walk to the Spanish quarter, 20 min walk to the castle (take the subway, much quicker) and the historical part of the city is right outside your door. Communication with host was excellent, and always available. The kitchen is small but functional. We made 3 meals there. Grocery stores are near by. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are excellent. Very quiet. Price excellent!!! Pics of apt are correct and valid.
The bathroom is very small, closet size. Shower was dysfunctional upon arrival but was fixed quickly by host (as was a dripping AC unit). Shower is not the cleanest. We actually bought a brush and cleaner but it did very little. If you are okay with this, you will do fine. You have to decide what is more of value to you. Kitchen is sparse with what is stocked but dinnerware and cooking equipment are good. A cutting board would have been good to have. We stayed here 7 days and made it work. For the price and location, we would stay here again. There are steep stairs from street level to entry door, be aware if you have mobility issues.

Excellent location, easy to navigate and walk to all sites of interest. Restaurants, pastry shops, supermarket, all on doorstep.
Perfect balcony with seats overlooking street to soak up atmosphere. Busy ambiance by day, peaceful at night.
No Kettle!
No frills, very basic kitchen

Locatie is geweldig en door het balkonnetje maak je deel uit van de levendige sfeer in de historische stad.
Badkamer is relatief kein.
