This charming 1903, tastefully restored, waterfront beach house, has panoramic views of Necanicum River, the Estuary, Tillamook Head and Pacific Ocean. Features include, private steps to the soft sand beach, original woodwork throughout the home and claw foot bath tub. Many modern upgrades compliment the quintessential vintage charm.

Double fridge/freezer, dishwasher and laundry, coffee maker(s) and cable TV, extra soft linens and clean towels, big windows with lots of natural light (and candles tucked away for the evening hours), a working cook’s kitchen and a sloping grassy yard - this is a flexible, livable space that easily adapts to (and inspires) any adventure.

Gorgeous and charming home right on the water. Short, accessible path to the beach and a short walk or drive to town. The house had everything we needed from beach toys to a clam digger and all the kitchen gadgets. We loved our stay!
