About this villa rental
Ideally located on more than an acre of oceanfront land on the north shore of St. Thomas’ prestigious Peterborg peninsula, Ocean Haven is a hidden treasure, perfect for family vacations, romantic getaways, and more.
The villa’s majestic cliffside perch allows Ocean Haven to take full advantage of the island’s cool sea breezes. From the main floor balcony or the expansive pool deck, watch pelicans glide by at eye level, or peer through the villa’s binoculars to catch a glimpse of migrating whales. During the heat of the day, lounge in Ocean Haven’s private pool, or relax under the enchanting shaded pergola and enjoy the fragrance of tropical flowers wafting through the air. In the evenings, snuggle into the villa’s luxurious bedding and doze off to the sound of the waves crashing onto the rocks below.
Each of Ocean Haven’s spacious bedrooms offers spectacular panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the British Virgin Islands, and Greater Hans Lollik Island. For the comfort and convenience of our guests, the villa is fully air-conditioned and boasts amenities including wireless internet, flat-screen televisions, a printer/scanner/fax, an automatic generator, and more.
For chefs, Ocean Haven’s gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with china, glassware, cookware, and appliances. Savor a home-cooked or catered meal in the villa’s open dining room while gazing out at Ocean Haven’s coveted down-island view.

NOTE: Listed rates reflect use of the entire villa. Discounts are available for guests only wishing to use two bedrooms (maximum of four guests). Please ask us for details.
The two bedroom configuration includes access to the upper level of the villa, pool, & pool terrace only. During peak season (mid-December to mid-January), the villa is not available in the two-bedroom configuration. Rental of the entire villa is required during this period.
Payment and Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50%) of the total rental cost is due within ten (10) days of a reservation request. This nonrefundable deposit will confirm the guests' stay at Ocean Haven. The nonrefundable balance of the total rent due, along with the 12.5% government hotel tax, must be paid in full no later than 45 days prior to arrival.
As no refunds can be offered after 45 days, we always recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance with the carrier of their choice in case of an unexpected change of plans.

Great house, exactly as pictured. Check in was smooth and managers Marty and Jody were responsive and friendly. Nothing walkable, but lots to do (beaches, bars, restaurants) just a quick drive away. We will be back!

This was one of the best rentals I have booked! It is exactly like the photos. Absolutely beautiful views and very private. It was perfect for our family of 4. My older teenagers loved it! Great property manager who checked in several times before our trip and while we were there to make sure everything was okay. While we were there the island had rolling blackouts. The generator for the house was seamless and we were thankful for that feature. We didn’t want to leave this place! We will absolutely return here.

if you want to enjoy privacy, beauty and comfort, soak up the gorgeous view of the Caribbean Atlantic, take this villa, it's worth it. better directly, they have their own website. Check when you arrive that the dust has been wiped off everywhere, especially on the fans of lamps. there are two video cameras outside, mind you.

Ocean Haven was the most beautiful home we could have picked. The location is perfect right next to Magen’s Bay and great restaurants. Brit lead us to the airport and was incredibly helpful. Our stay could not have been better.
