Situated in Biwabik, this charming house for $500 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Fairway Ridge is Biwabik’s Ultimate Luxury Vacation Home! Completed in August 2013, this brand new four bedroom, three bath lake front home is finely crafted and designed, offering the finest of accommodations. Located directly across from Giant's Ridge Golf and Ski Resort, Fairway Ridge offers picturesque views of the lighted slopes in the winter and the pristine waters of Wynne Lake in the summer. At 3600+sq ft, the spacious, open-concept floor plan is great for families or large groups yet cozy enough for a romantic couple’s weekend. The latest amenities abound including main level heated floors, a gourmet kitchen with knotty alder cabinetry, one-of-a kind Brazilian granite countertops, a gas range and all new cookware. In the dining room a built-in bar area houses the stemware and dual zoned wine fridge while the custom built counter height dining table seats 8. Four additional high-top chairs at the center island ensure ample seating for the whole family. Comfortable seating surrounds the 42” lighted gas fireplace with floor to ceiling stone surround, hand hewn cedar mantle and 55” flat panel LCD smart TV. Built-in surround sound, Free WiFi, Direct TV with movie and music channels, a Blue Ray player and a wide array of DVDs invite you to settle in for movie night after an active day of hiking, swimming, biking, golfing or skiing. The great room’s stunning 20 foot wall of windows and unique real-log accents will make you feel a part of nature no matter the weather. The main floor Master Bedroom includes its own private walkout, king sized bed, walk-in closet and private Master Bath complete with a six foot soaking tub, dual his/her sinks and a massive walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. The convenient custom built coat lockers and a large laundry room with front loading washer and dryer are located just off the heated garage. Upstairs the cozy reading loft overlooking the family room offers views of the lake and ski hill and is the perfect place to relax with a good book or to gather with your crew for board games or cards. Two upper bedrooms each offer a queen bed with luxury bedding, spectacular lake views and a high definition flat panel TV with Direct TV. The fourth bedroom (bunkroom) was built with the kids in mind but can be perfect for multiple adults with 3 full sized beds and 4 twins, all built extra-long to accommodate even the taller guests. This bunkroom is a great movie or gaming hideaway with its 50” flat panel TV. One of Fairway Ridge's finest features is the wonderful slab on grade design allowing for a direct walkout to the huge concrete patio with its antique sugar kettle fire pit, plenty of seating, a BBQ grill and option for stocked firewood. 175’ of Wynne Lake shoreline and a floating dock are conveniently located directly across from the public boat launch. The firepit was a huge draw every night, and the dock was a great platform for all of our water activities. We rented a pontoon and transported it to the lake to give us lots of time exploring and fishing. The property was very quiet to provide the best relaxation possible. Wynne Lake has so much to offer with the ski hill, trails for days, and of course the fishing. We had very good luck this trip and all of the boys caught many fish. It will be hard not to pick this location again next time and we look forward to working with Nancy and her fantastic home again soon.

We had fun snowmobiling right from the backyard to the trails and even enjoyed a bonfire in the backyard. Giants Ridge for skiiing was right across the lake and a few minutes drive away. Location is great for those activities and i'm sure the Summer and Fall months have just as much for entertainment with off-road fun nearby. We would recommend this cabin property for a large group to spend quality time together!

Back to Back Golf Trips
We spent two straight years at Fairway Ridge for an annual golf getaway and the place is everything that is advertised. Incredibly clean and well stocked and working with Nancy is a pleasure. The bunk room makes it great for either a good sized group of friends or two or three families getting together any time of year.

Simply the Best!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was by far the best VRBO rental we’ve stayed at! We didn’t want to leave. Nancy couldn’t have been nicer or more hospitable. She responded quickly with any questions we had. The house and property were stunning. There’s so much to see and do. We took advantage of nearby Giant’s Ridge and went hiking, ate at the local restaurant and went rock climbing. We felt like we had the lake to ourselves. We spent the afternoons swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. Nighttime was perfect to relax by the fire, eat outside and enjoy the views of the sunset. Sleeping accommodations were perfect for our large group (15)- beds comfortable, plenty of bathroom options and the bunk room was a hit for the kids!!! It was hard to leave and we can’t wait to come back. I’d also love to rent in the winter to take advantage of local skiing, snowmobiling and other outdoor fun. Thank you, Nancy - we had an amazing and memorable family weekend getaway thanks to your generousity!!!

First VRBO / Cabin rental
We were floored by this property! It was a first for our party of 16 (8 adults, 8 kids). Beautiful in EVERY way, gorgeous decor, everything one would need. Beautiful views and sunsets, so many laughs around the fire pit and nearly immediate responses to the few questions we had for Nancy. This VRBO stay will be very very hard to beat. We were all first time Biwabik visitors and it is a cute little town with grocery, liquor, gas...whatever you need. Ecstatic about our stay and the wonderful memories made. THANK YOU Nancy & Todd!

Awesome home makes for an awesome vacation!
I couldn’t recommend a home more highly than Fisher’s Retreat! Nancy and Todd Fisher are great to work with and provide for your every need during your stay! The kitchen isn’t just filled with every cooking utensil you need, but also contains most kitchen staples such as coffee, crackers, snacks etc.
The bedrooms are perfect! There is a luxurious master with unbelievable master bath on the first floor along with another half-bath. Upstairs is a bunk room and 2 more bedrooms with baths.
The views from the floor to ceiling windows in the great room will forever remain in your mind.
This is our second year spending time at the Fisher Retreat and hope to go back again next year!

Beautiful home with lovely amenities on lakeshore.
Nice layout for our family group. Many interesting activities in the area. It was a great long weekend get away! We had fires at the fire pit, my son and grandchildren fished off the dock. The kids swam at the Lodge and we all played card games and enjoyed cooking together in the well appointed kitchen. Nice fall walks along the area trails. The owner was available and communicative.
