About this condo rental
Located in Destin, this attractive condo for $265 per night is a great choice for your next break. CRYSTAL SANDS 109A! New commercial grade AIR PURIFICATION system which kills viruses, mold and bacteria. This beach rental is sprayed with a natural germ disinfectant on each check out. Our home is beachfront. This condo is renovated top to bottom! The ground floor has unobstructed views of the beach and emerald blue water!!! There is Free WIFI and Smart HD TVs with a cable box. This rental INCLUDES daily Beach service which includes two beach chairs and an umbrella!(MAR 1-OCT 31) The home has brand new furniture and mattresses, a sleeper sofa with a tempurpedic mattress, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Pottery Barn Bathroom vanities with Carrera marble top bathroom sinks, a porcelain tub with and brand new toilets, new floors, we removed the popcorn ceilings, installed Flat screen tvs and put a sound bar where you can sync up your music from your phone via Bluetooth. This home is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is completely stocked with upscale items. William Sonoma Dishes, crystal wine glasses, stainless steel coffee maker and toaster and many more great upgrades! We also provide high thread count sheets which feel so soft! Have been coming to Destin for years and always stay at Crystal Sands. The unit was exactly as described and everything was clean and ready upon arrival. Opted for the early checkin option which was a great bonus. Will definitely be back.

This was our first trip to Destin & we could not have had a better time. The condo is easy to find and in a great location. Upon arrival, everything was clean, and there was tons of storage space along with even the smallest details being thought of to enhance our stay. Mary Beth is extremely responsive, communicating with us prior to arrival, during our stay, and upon departure. The main bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable and the multiple bathrooms was great!
The view is AMAZING and such a short trip down to the beach it really is perfect! We enjoyed our stay and will be returning!

This condo is clean, updated, and truly beautiful on the inside and you are right on the beach. The lookout from the kitchen is breathtaking. The easy access to the beach is great when you have kids. You do not have to go up and down stairs to get back into the room! The property manager was wonderful to work with very responsive and helpful.

We have been to Destin several times. This is by far the best view/beach access we’ve had. It’s very spacious. The pictures don’t give this place the GEM status that it really is.
Location is great for restaurants and entertainment.
Marybeth is responsive to any questions you may have.

We have stayed at quite a few condos in the Destin area. I wanted to stay at Crystal Sands because of its proximity to the beach. Everything was as described, only better. There were several amenities not mentioned; I always pack hand soaps for the bathrooms but they were already there. There was coffee and filters, and tea. There was also dishwashing liquid and detergent (although we used our own). I really liked that it was a bath and a half and the way they connected to the tub area was unique.
It was all great! We never met our host but she was very helpful and prompt with her responses. We’ll be back!

Condo was nice and clean. Small but adequate for two people. It was located right on a walkway so you had people walking by all the time. Lots of tourist and army helicopters going over during the day which was noisy

The location was perfect! The beach was just steps out the patio door. The chair and umbrella service was a plus. Everything was clean and communication with the owner was great! We loved that we were away from the busy boardwalk just a few miles away, but still just within minutes of Publix, Target, shopping, and restaurants. Love this condo! We will definitely be back!

This was the first trip over Easter. It was perfect. Weather didn’t cooperate but it was still a great trip. The condo was perfect for us and the area was great. The condo was first floor walk out which made my granddaughter very happy. Great trip. Can’t thank you enough!!

This little one bedroom condo was perfect for our 4 day trip to the beach. All we wanted to do was sit in the sand all day and being right on the beach, we were able to do this. It's simply fantastic to open the sliding glass door and literally step onto the boardwalk. The condo is well appointed and clean. Highly recommend!

We were supposed to be in our usual FMB but since it is sadly recovering from Ian, thought we would give Destin a go.
Location is EVERYTHING with this gem! Although it was unseasonably cold during our time, we didn’t mind—the views and close proximity to the Gulf was perfect. I would suggest adding a lounger chair or two for use vs the high top bistro set for maximum relaxation. The washer and dryer availability was a huge plus!! One suggestion: checkout for off-season could be a few hours later, 9:30 is awfully early. 12:30-3:30 is plenty of time for housekeeping cleanup in off-season considering all of the tasks required of renters for checkout (emptying fridge, gathering all linens, starting dishwasher, taking out all trash). I’ve never had so many “must-do’s” prior to leaving a rental while paying so much for cleaning services. It was enough to pause re-booking. After all, that’s why we pay so much to book through VRBO as this should be included. Went to Tailfins, huge sports bar (very loud on a Sunday if that isn’t your thing) and higher in price compared to other eateries, especially for what we consumed. Overall, it’s all about the ambience, very well appointed condo, VERY clean.

This condo location is PREFECT. 109A Unfortunately the layout doesn't really allow you to hear the waves while you sleep. We tried the pull-out sofa and it was terrible. Beyond that hiccup we loved it. We were able to just step right out of our room out to the beach. The beach is private so not at all crowded. Lots going on to see and do. We are beach bums and just sat an enjoyed the beach. The condo had pretty much everything you need. Bring your bathing suit and your beach towel and your good. Sure wish we could have brought our little chihuahua baby with us but we understand. Safe area with a friendly family atmosphere that is so close to everything! We will stay again.
