Our condo has a large terrace with outdoor seating for enjoying views of Downtown. We are steps from Main Street right behind the Westin Hotel in the heart of downtown. We offer all the conveniences of home with a full kitchen and lots of open space to spread out for a few days or extended stay. The bedroom has a King bed and the sofa pulls out to a Queen size sleeper, both are super comfortable. The condo is approximately 1100 square feet which is large for a 1BR/1Bath. All the conveniences of Downtown are located literally steps away. We offer you a dedicated parking space during your stay and a coded access to the building.

Great location right in the heart of downtown. We were able to walk to all the festivities. Also like that even though it was right in town, it was very quiet.

This is a wonderful property and we stay here whenever we’re in Greenville. The location cannot be beat and the parking is just steps from the entrance to the building. The condo is very well stocked with all kitchen supplies, towels and toiletries, decorated beautifully and quiet. Do not hesitate to stay here- you won’t be disappointed!!

Super great location. Easy, easy access to unit. Parking space for one and garage right next door for additional vehicles. Host responded very quickly which made everything go smoothly. Bed was very firm, but we got used to it. Picked up a mattress cushion at Walmart for hubby and he was fine. The condo was spacious and very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo is better than advertised. It is a lovely condo thst that is up to date and well maintained. It is one block off of main street and it is very quiet. Easy to access everything in the area and come back to a nice quiet retreat. I highly recommend this condo if you are visiting Greenville.

Traveled to Greenville from Indiana for a wedding and to meet our son and his wife for a 4day weekend. They were also married here a few years ago, so we knew the area and this location was perfect and safe. Within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in downtown Greenville Main Street - such a great town! Condo was beautiful, spacious, and even opened to an outside patio. We would stay here again whenever we return. 😄

Had a great stay at the penthouse with terrace. The property is perfectly located. It is just steps to all the fun on Main Street and also to the amazing bike trail. Definitely recommended this property!

A great condo in a great location in downtown Greenville. We enjoyed staying in this spacious, sunny condo very much. You cannot beat this location for enjoying all that downtown Greenville has to offer. Our own parking space on site was icing on the cake. We look forward to returning!

Perfect location and a reserved parking area. The condo was around the corner to Main Street and literally a 1 minute walk. We were located about center to main so you could quickly go in either direction. The patio was private and a bonus but we spent most of our time about town

Greenville itself is absolutely gorgeous, much much to do. The penthouse condo we stayed in Was very clean, beautiful inside, very well-maintained. By far one of the best for the price that I have stayed in. The owner has taken much pride in this property. Wish we would have planned to stay longer.

The apartment is great size with everything you can need availed. Fully stocked kitchen. The out door patio with a fire pit was terrific. Communicating with the host is easy. It is centrally located to parks and restaurants so need need to drive. The pictures on VRBO do not do this apartment justice. Had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Everything was just as listed on VRBO. It was a beautiful condo. It was very clean. The host provided everything that one would want and more. It was a nice touch to have a water and snack basket upon arrival after our drive. We did have a problem with the TV, but the host promptly took care of it. Her responsiveness was great. We would most definitely book this again in the future.
