Perfect location, lovely condo… well taken care of and full of special things… decorations for the holiday, milk and coffee in refrigerator , lots of toiletries, kitchen pans, pots, dishes… and the location!!! Amazing!!! We walked to our dinner and concert!!! The notebook she sends ahead of time gives you all the details you need. Such attention to detail!!!! Parking is included.. such a nice perk!! We loved this place

The neighborhood was vibrant, walkable, and beautiful. Our host Tricia responded immediately to any questions. The apartment was neat, clean, comfortable, and fully furnished, The room rate was reasonably priced. The city lodging tax and the VRBO service fee, were excessive, but if you want to experience Greenville, this is the place

This is a roomy home with well thought out amenities. For me the comfortable king bed was a blessing. Host Tricia was very easy to communicate with. We had some questions about local touring things that she promptly & thoroughly responded to. Kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom & bedroom had some minor problems with poor lighting but not a real big issue. Parking was conveniently provided in a parking structure right next door. Overall it was an excellent experience

This was our third visit to this beautiful and comfortable condo located in downtown Greenville. A more convenient location cannot be had, as everything we want or need is within walking distance. Tricia, the host, so considerate and thorough, left us wanting for nothing. She makes it a pleasant and care-free experience. We hope that her condo is available whenever we travel to Greenville. She has spoiled us for any other place.

Spent 3 nights checking out Greenville. Location was excellent. Enjoyed a show at Peace Center, bike riding on Swamp Rabbit trail, restaurants and shopping.

This was a great place to stay. We didn’t need our car at all during our stay. The unit was very clean and well equipped. The coffee provided was a really nice touch and very much appreciated! The bed is very comfortable with a variety of pillows to choose from. We will definitely stay here again

Lovely property within walking distance to downtown Greenville’s shops, restaurants, beautiful Reedy river walking trails, and the Peace Center. Perfect place for a nice getaway.

This rental is in a great location relative to Main St. It is a bit tricky getting to the condo from the parking deck, so be prepared to walk. Overall it was VERY clean and the owner had the BEST communication out of everywhere we have ever stayed. Very homey inside and has all you need. We enjoyed our first visit to Greenville and know others will too!

This property was perfect for our weekend wedding and sightseeing time in Greenville. Ideally located at the heart of everything and so convenient for access to downtown, the Farmers Market on Saturday, the beautiful Falls Park, etc. The condo was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. We’d absolutely stay here again.

The location of this property was perfect for our stay. We came to Greenville for a concert at the Peace Center and it was so nice to just walk a block from the property and be there. The complimentary parking in the garage was nice as well, there was always a spot close to the door leading from the garage to the complex during our stay. The hostess, Tricia, is one of the best we have ever had! She was quick to answer questions and put together a very nice guest book. We had an issue at check in but Tricia was quick to remedy the situation. If we have the opportunity to come back, we would love to stay here again!

Very lovely home with all the right stuff for a wonderful vacation. Centrally located near restaurants and shops while still being very private. Extra bonus was the amazing Farmer's Market on Saturdays about two blocks from the home. The host has the easiest check-in and check-out process.

My husband and I absolutely loved everything about the apartment. The exposed brick was beautiful and the location couldn’t have been better. We like to come to Greenville for weekend getaways since it is still close to home for us. We will absolutely be booking this place again in the future.

My wife & I love this place - when we need a quick getaway. Located just off the main strip in Greenville, you can walk to great restaurants, down by the river & shopping. The unit is in a nice community & has everything one needs.

Enjoyed our stay! Comfortable king size bed and large bathroom. Love that no shoes are allowed in the condo, which to me means the owner tries to keep the floors and rugs clean. (No shoes are allowed in our own home for cleanliness reasons.) It would have been nice to have had a shoe bench by the door, but we moved a dining room chair by the door so we could sit to remove and put on our shoes. Quiet location and during our stay the condo building was very quiet.

Tricia made our first trip to GVL so pleasurable. The detailed instructions in checking in, parking, locating items inside the condo, places to eat and play and checking out made our stay and exploration so easy. My 5 year old lives the pull out sofa and the master bed was so comfortable. My only request would be to increase thr shower water pressure just a tad. The location was perfect for us. We were in the middle of it all. Downtown to the left and the falls and west end to the right. It definitely made our nightly walk to and from Gather so easy for us and the kids Thank you and we will certainly use you again.

This condo is perfectly located. It's super close to all the restaurants, shops, and attractions of downtown Greenville, but tucked away half a block from the action on a quiet street. Parking is included, which is a fabulous plus. The condo is roomy, comfortable, and beautiful. The host is a great communicator. SO much better than staying in a hotel. After staying here, it would be hard to stay anywhere else in Greenville.

Perfect location. Walkable to everything in Greenville. Restaurants, breweries and shopping. Clean and nicely decorated condo in a very safe neighborhood. Super close to Swamp Rabbit trail. Rent a bike, walk, run. A beautiful trail.

This is a neat apartment with a great location. you are walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops in downtown Greenville. Communication was easy and responsive. Loved the parking that came with it.
