About this apartment rental

100 W. Court St., 1A. Our condo is very unique in all aspects. It is in a perfect downtown location with a parking place provided. The exposed brick walls and hardwood floors provide plenty of character and the furnishings provide all the luxuries of home. The condo is very open and spacious. You will enjoy the private outdoor patio accented with ivy walls and special lighting. For your convenience also has it's own private entrance for your convenience.

Incredibly convenient and comfortable space in the heart of downtown! Having a private parking space and quick walking access to many of Greenville’s main spots makes this place a must-book. Me and my husband stayed in the other listing at this location for our wedding week. Both experiences were perfect for a couple looking to unwind in peace and easily go out and explore the area. The living space itself was clean, spacious, and stocked with all the amenities we needed.
