Located in Buckeye, this lovely house for $124 per night is a great choice for your next break. Heated pool (shoulder seasons)- Lovely 1600 square foot single level home, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, nicely decorated, fresh linens & towels, fully furnished. Located in Buckeye, one of Arizona's top ten safest City's (2017) Internet and cable package included. (No phone available. However, we recommend renters using their own cell phones purchasing U.S. roaming package or buying a cheap phone and package through Wal-Mart). Backyard has covered patio, heated pool(except coldest months), patio table and chairs as well as propane firepit and seating area. Our guests will also enjoy the large eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar, computers, and sitting areas. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet, queen bed, full bath, and 32’ flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and 32" flat screen TV. The third bedroom has queen bed. Shared full bath across the hall. Conveniently located near a golf course, approx 1 mile to convenience stores & shops including Wal-Mart, Fry’s Grocery, restaurants, banks, etc. Just off I-10, with a quick run to many professional sports, baseball spring training, close to Phoenix Coyotes hockey, football, Nascar, and the Zoo. Buckeye is just 4 hours from Las Vegas, 3.5 hours from the Grand Canyon, 2 hours from Sedona, 1/2 hour from Phoenix, and 4.5 hours from Los Angeles No smoking. No kids No pets due to owner’s allergies.

We stayed for 31 days in this ranch style home through November 2023. It has 3 comfortable, clean, and well appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom is very large and has its own ensuite. The kitchen has a great variety of small appliances, including a blender and crockpot! While the home itself is extremely well kept, the furnishings are a bit tired. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and lounge area daily and particularly enjoyed watching a family of hummingbirds at the feeder. The hosts Kim and Robert are very responsive to the comfort of their guests. If there were any small issues, they responded immediately and found a resolution. While the home is a distance from Phoenix proper, easy access to I-10 allowed for good travel if you have your own transport. Close to groceries, golf, pubs, fast food and other conveniences. We thoroughly enjoyed this VRBO and have already recommended it to family and friends. We would not hesitate to return and stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay, and would stay again! For us it was close to a number of golf courses, places to eat, and an easy drive from the airport.

We just loving the house. We kept saying this is perfect. It was very comfortable, very clean. We got to use the garage for our rental car. One of the golf courses we played was only 5 minutes away grocery stores about the same. We liked being on a corner. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Kim the owner was so nice and would just check-in with us through email to make sure everything was OK or if we needed anything. Great find!!

This property was exactly as depicted in the rental posting. Everything a traveler could possibly need was available to us. Kim checked in with us frequently to confirm if we needed anything. One suggestion - Replace the wifi router with a newer, more powerful version. We had to reboot it frequently to have wifi access.

The house was perfectly located for our visit to the Phoenix area. Nice neighborhood and easy to get to from freeway. Nice little amenities and a well stocked kitchen. Didn’t get to take advantage of the pool however it appeared well maintained.

We stayed here recently when out visiting for my nephews birthday. There were 5 of us- comfy house (beds and living space), great backyard and easy parking. We loved how much space there was in just the common “hang out areas”. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area.

The house was great. Clean and roomy. The pool and patio were quiet and very private. It was nice getting back in the evening and relaxing in the pool. The owners were also very good to communicate with, responding to questions very quickly. Would definitely stay at this property again.

We were in town for a wedding. It was a nice stay. Everything was clean and accommodating. The pool was a great amenity however we couldn’t figure out the heater so it was cold. Overall great stay.

This property is as described and shown in the pictures very well. Hosts are very accommodating and always available whenever needed. This was our first extended stay in Arizona. We would have liked to have had a pickleball court nearby and the court in the Sundance community is for HOA members. The closest court we found was Festival Fields in Avondale.
