In the north of the popular Balearic island Mallorca, in a quiet, local residential area of Alcudia, is the 300 m² large holiday home Ca L'Estrella directly at the sea. The lovingly furnished holiday home in warm tones extends over 2 floors and has a very large living room with a fireplace, a gallery and a dining area, a very well equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and therefore can accomodate 6 people (+ up to 2 children). Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, 2 baby cots, 2 high chairs and a children's bed. Outside you will find a covered terrace with comfortable furniture as well as a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains on the horizon. From here you can reach a large lawn, lined with Mediterranean plants and equipped with sun beds, which offers a wonderful place to relax. Only a few metres behind the garden there is a direct access to the sea with a narrow pebble beach and a possibility to park sun beds comfortably. Also the beautiful sandy beach Platja Es Morer Vermell is only 900 m and a 12-minute walk away from the accommodation. The nearest supermarket is 800 m away and a restaurant with regional specialities is 500 m from the house.

Families with children are preferred, in general guests should be at least 25 years old. In case of noise complaints and police complaint it will result in consequences.
