About this house rental

Nestled in Pinellas Park, this lovely house for $150 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The Master Suite has a King Bed along with Dressers, Chests and A Walk in Closet. The Master Bath had Double Sinks, Walk-in Shower, a Bathroom and direct access to Pool Area. The 2nd Bedroom has a pool access door and a queen bed. There is a Screened Solar-Heated Pool w/Jacuzzi, The Living Room, has a (65" TV), High Def Cable, Leather Couches and an Easy Chair. There is a Full Kitchen with Full Size Stove, Refrigerator and Dishwasher. A Dining Room looks out over the pool. A brand new very private 2nd Bedroom with a closet has a walk out to patio and pool area. There is a trundle bed (king or 2 twins) in a common area for up to 2 extra guests. There are 3 sliding glass doors and 2 regular doors on the property, The 5 door access give you a freedom to move through your space without obstacles. The pool, covered deck, and porch areas feel like an expansion of the living space especially when the doors are opened up. There are 2 parking places in the driveway and off street parking. There is a separate, very private suite with a separate entrance used part time by the owner. 1 common wall is used and it's sound-proofed. The inside door is a double-locked privacy door, bolted on each side like adjoining hotel suites. The sidewalk and gate to the suite are not visible from the guest's area. It also has a separate parking spot. Only the owner stays there when he is in town. It is not rented or shared. Our policy is to not contact guests unless we are requested. The only way we access the property is to come to the front door and ring the bell.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This property was located in an area where I could easily reach all the places I needed to go and there was plenty of places to shop. Most importantly, the area and property was quite quiet which allowed me, when I was not attending my conference, to relax and just enjoy the sun and weather. The pool was thoroughly pleasant and enjoyable. I would stay here again next year.

I don't like leaving a poor review but we do rely on previous renters to be honest about their experience. This house was in a good location, and a quiet neighborhood. The pool was the highlight of our days. The pool floats they have were in a deflated pile and were covered in mold. We didnt touch them. It says you will have an equipped kitchen. There was a serious lack of cookware and silverware. 14 lids, 6 skillets, no saucepans or anything else to cook with. There was 1 small baking sheet and no other pan that could go in the oven. There were 32 spoons, 19 knives but only 3 small forks and 4 dinner forks. If you're planning on cooking for your family it will be challenging. We spent more money eating out and trying to find dog friendly restaurants. This house would benefit from a deep cleaning. We spent the 1st day cleaning before we put our things and food away. I cleaned a lot of mold out of the washer and my husband tried to vacuum the dryer vent but the 2 vacuums smelled so bad we left them outside the entire month we were there. They've removed curtains and pictures but just left the attachments on the walls. This is definitely an uncared for rental. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure and the AC was great. We were prepared for the house to be dated and in need of some upgrading from previous reviews but we werent prepared for the things I've mentioned. Very disappointing since we paid a lot of money for this rental and all up front.

The residence was clean and bright. The owner was available the first two days of our week to answer any and all questions and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Everything was as advertised. We would certainly consider returning here. Bottom line? If you want to rent a home where you can relax in comfort and can be confident any issues that come up will be addressed promptly and well, this is it.

This was a great rental property for my family. There was plenty of room and the pool was great. It’s in a central location to travel to St Pete and Clearwater. There are a couple of choices for grocery stores close by. Starbucks and Wawa are also close for the coffee lovers. Great communication with the owner and property manager.

The home was nice and Mike was helpful, unfortunately there were many distractions while we were there between the AC repair, Lawn Maintenance, Dryer Replacement and very loud and inappropriate neighbors behind the house. By reading other reviews it sounds like this is a rare case but it was our experience.

This is a very clean and lovely house In a nice neighborhood.They have a large array of kitchen appliances and pots and pans. The pantry is stocked with a lot of staples including coffee. The refrigerator had several different types of mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup, pickles, butter, etc. plus there were paper towels and other paper products. There is a beautiful pool that was heated to perfection. We spent many days out in the lanai soaking in the sun. The bed sheets were great. They were heavy but cool and crisp. There is wonderful shower in the bathroom with a door going out to the pool. The bathroom also has a double vanity and large closet with an iron & ironing board. There is everything you could want in a rental house. There are many fine restaurants nearby and grocery stores and drugstores not too far away. I would highly recommend it. I wish I could have stayed there for several more weeks. Thank you Kenneth!

This vacation home provided all the necessities for a worry free stay. The home was very clean, well stocked and all the benefits of staying in a home compared to a hotel. Great location as close to shopping and places of interest. Only issue was that we were unable to use the pool as much as we wanted due to lack of heat generated by solar powered grid. Otherwise - great stay.

Great house to relax in. Kenneth is very personable and took the time to show us the details of his home. The house is very clean, and quiet as described. It had everything we needed for our stay and items for a visit to the beach that we did not expect to have provided. We felt very much at home with having the amenities of a resort. Thanks Kenneth and Deborah thanks for providing an at home atmosphere for us to enjoy!!! We will not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Kenneth and Deborah really went the extra mile providing an immaculate house for my week-long vacation. The property description was 100% accurate. Kenneth was quick to answer all questions and texts that I sent him. The house was super clean and 100% bug free. I did not see one single bug of any kind, which is a huge plus for me. The house was fully equipped with extras like beach towels, paper towels, water bottles in the fridge, utensils, a nice new BBQ grill (which we never had time to use). Everything was modern and updated and they even created a area for my 12-year old to sleep in which was like a 2nd bedroom. My 12-year old loved the place as much as I did. The bed was comfy and the air-conditioning worked superbly during the very hot days. The wi-fi worked great and I think we only had the big TV in the living room on for a brief time on the first night. The location was perfect for us -- only a five minute drive to my Mom's house. Plenty of great restaurants are within close drives. Some of our favorites include Skyway Jack's, Rib City, Big Jim's Famous Steaks, JDs Restaurant on Indian Rocks Beach, Seabreeze Island Grill, American Legion at Madeira Beach, etc. The outside screened-in pool was a very nice treat. I was never able to get the pool temperature to go down to a "refreshing temp" because of the hot days, but maybe Kenneth can figure that out. Or maybe it's impossible after a long hot summer, who knows. But the evening swims were nice and the pool was a little bit cooler first thing in the morning. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of staying in Ken's house and hope to do it again some day when I am traveling just with my son (or daughter or wife). It's a great value and a very comfortable house!

This is a nice house in a quiet community. Just a few minutes to many restaurants and about 20 minutes to the nearest beach (I was there in June, the commute may be longer during peak/spring break season). It includes everything you'd expect and more. The owner is very nice and respectful of your privacy. When he is in town, he stays in an adjoining/locked section of the home, but will never enter the rental side without calling/texting to make sure it is okay beforehand. If there is any kind of issue, it will be fixed right away. While I was there, the air conditioner was not working properly one day. He had someone come out as soon as possible to get it fixed.

This was a very nice home, Very clean and had everything you could ever want. Pool and spa was really nice. Very smooth transaction and the owner was very helpful in answering any questions that we had. We loved the quiet neighborhood and how safe we felt there. We look forward to returning in the fall.
