The home is centrally located just 12 miles from downtown St. Petersburg, 10 miles from St. Pete Beach, just 14 miles from Clearwater Beach and only 30 miles to downtown Tampa.  The area offers many wonderful parks for biking, beaches and walking trails, playgrounds and sports courts. The Lanai and game room area includes ping pong, foosball table and card table. The 55" Roku Smart TV in the living room is equipped with extras like Netflix and Hulu. Just log in to your accounts to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. The master bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms and has its own spacious bathroom and closet plus has a 43" Samsung Smart TV to enjoy. The King size bed has a brand-new comfy mattress. The other 2 bedrooms (Q and two Twins) are on the opposite side of the house and share the 2nd bathroom with a tub/shower combo. We provide quality toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner & lotion). A Pack & Play and a highchair are available upon request. The kitchen is fully stocked with good quality dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, pots & pans, utensils, tapware, bakeware, baking sheets, a Nutribullet and more. Guests will have access to the entire home including the garage and outdoor space.
