About this house rental

Located in Denver, this lovely house for $400 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This is a converted industrial loft space on a beautiful lot in a great part of town. It has super tall ceilings, reclaimed floors, and an amazing mid-century decor. It's equipped with an amazing sound system and commercial grade kitchen! This a phenomenal space. It's a converted commercial space with 18 foot ceilings with an industrial feel at roomy 2550 square feet. It's a very open floor plan with two bathrooms. It's furnished with vintage furniture and art. The Kitchen is commercial grade with a six burner Imperial Stove and Viking Hood. I have everything you might need to cook up a storm. There is a barbecue and Traeger pellet stove if you want to cook outdoors. One bedroom is upstairs with a king memory foam bed. The bathroom upstairs has a large steam shower that sits at least two if you want to get cozy. The bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. The bathroom downstairs has a massive concrete tub and shower that fits a small village. I can guarantee you won't find a more unique modern place in the city center. Killer new landscaped area with gas fireplace, pergola, gardens, and multiple seating areas. Please note: You need to be cool with a more open space. You can hear somewhat from one bedroom to the other. Also, for larger parties, there is one king bed, one queen bed, a day bed, a futon, and two couches. I also have a deluxe queen air mattress if you need it.

We had a small dinner party for the Holidays with about 10 people. I don't think we could have picked a better VRBO. Mark met us on site and gave us the tour and answered any questions we had. The layout of the house was perfect for entertaining and the backyard with fire pit was perfect. Seemed very private. Will definitely stay again!

I can’t begin to express my gratitude for this property and the owner and his assistant! This place has EVERYTHING! I felt honored to spend the weekend here and could walk anywhere we wanted to go, but wanted to enjoy it as much as possibly so I didn’t hardly leave! Thank you!

Our group had a wonderful stay at this home. Great location in the RiNo neighborhood with plenty to do within walking distance or a short bike/scooter. The home is great for larger groups with plenty of daybeds. Air mattresses are there as well, but some of them leak and could use replacing. The kitchen has plenty of space for cooking for your group. Large outdoor space is a nice perk with gas fireplace and lots of seating. Would recommend and would stay again.

This is an AMAZING property and Mark is a great host. Was easy to communicate with him before and during our stay. Would highly recommend for large groups and folks who want to be close to RINO. Beautiful indoor and outdoor space.

Aside from being double booked the trip and place was excellent. Renovated auto shop was wonderfully done and large outdoor area to use was a bonus! Definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The property was great for big groups. We had 13 people for a bachelor party and Mark’s place was just as advertised. Plenty of space and the yard was beautiful. The location made it easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go! If you are okay with the open space it is the perfect place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was amazing, great location, perfect house for our little dog traveling with us and the steam shower was amazing! Easy communication with the owner and very accomodating as we needed a later check out. We would definitely stay again!

The owner Mark is very easy to communicate with and he very graciously allowed us an early check in which was much needed for two weary and worn out ski exhausted kiddos. The house is extremely comfy, cozy and spacious. We were able to spread out and relax and also get comfy together for a movie night in the den. The kitchen is something a professional chef would be comfortable using and it is generously well supplied with a kind note to share and share alike. It felt like staying at a relative’s house and we really can’t recommend it enough. One perk we were surprised to find was the steam sauna in the upstairs bathroom. It works VERY well! Stay here and have fun!

We rented this to host an intimate family-only pandemic wedding for a total of 10, having a zoomed ceremony in the back yard. From the photos posted, it looked like the perfect place to host a small group and to distance safely, and the description said could sleep 16, so having only 4 stay overnight should work comfortably. However- this rental was not equipped or up to any standard for an VRBO business. Kitchen: to be able to "sleep 16", it had 5 plates, a couple of mismatched wine glasses, the dishwasher didn't work and emitted a horrible odor, the "gourmet" oven was filthy and pilot light wasn't on, the fridge/freezer had food filling door compartments, Ice maker didn't work, microwave was dirty, as were counters and sink, No dish rags or hand towels, even in downstairs restroom. There were literally tacked up posters on the walls. The large main couch had holes in the cushions which had to be turned over and backwards to hide the damage & the pillows were old and stained. There were two bedrooms: the bedding looked like a college boy's dorm bed, comforter pulled up and old pillows/mismatched sheets. We looked for additional pillows/bedding -- there was stacks of comforters/blankets just stuffed in a mess on a shelf. We looked for bath towels, the towels were in a chest of drawers in the downstairs bedroom, they looked like camping towels- ones you would use to wash your car or dog. All mismatched and smelled musty. The master bathroom had one light not working, and there were smears on the shower door. There were lights out all over the house. The outside house lights and yard lights came on at 4:30 am- so bright it was like a compound being raided by the police. Owner did not know these lights were even on a timer.. he may be completely unaware. For the yard: we actually weeded the overgrown grass area, which was mostly dead grass, and raked the dirt/gravel walk way, swept all the porches which were covered with leaves & debris. 1/2 of the large yard was covered with crap; barbque grill, motorcycle, ladders, budha statues, a TOILET, a pink flamingo wired into the tree, a BIG BOY RESTAURANT mannequin, mannequin body parts, old tables- just a junk yard! Dead potted planters, a garden with stacked bags of fertilizer, just crap everywhere, seriously- a toilet! I have NO idea how this can be rented on VRBO when it doesn't resemble the posted photos at all. This was an incredibly disappointing, expensive disaster! $1800 for 2 nights.

This was a great place for a birthday weekend! The weather was great so we got to take advantage of the great outdoor space. The owners were also great and very responsive if we had questions.

This property is exactly as shown and the owner was extremely accommodating!!! He was kind enough to let us check in early and check out late, and although I'm sure that depends on his schedule, he had the ability to do that for us during our trip and I thought it was very thoughtful. He never once had any complaints about our group and was also easily available if we had any questions about where things were located in the house, etc. This was my first vrbo rental and it will be very difficult to top the AWESOME experience!!! The yard is even larger than it appears and you can get to all areas of Denver very easily by taking a short Uber or Lyft. It's perfect for groups of people who want space to spread out, yet want the ability to be able to hear each other from room to room. I came to Denver with a group of girls I haven't been able to take a vacation with since college, and we really enjoyed our stay. Instacart is also available at this location if you'd like groceries delivered. There are also several small breweries very close by that were perfect spots if you're looking to get the local feel. I have nothing but positive remarks about my entire stay and would highly recommend this property :) thanks for everything
