Located in Whitefish, this lovely condo for $150 per night is a great option for your next trip. This is a loft unit located on Big Mountain. Just minutes from Whitefish Mountain Resort ski/snowboard area, 20 minutes from Glacier Park International Airport (FCA),and 10 minutes from Whitefish Amtrak station. This one bedroom studio loft has two queen beds, one bath, a fully equipped modern kitchen, Roku TV with Netflix and HuluPlus, a private balcony with grill. Onsite amenities include walking trails, indoor pool and outdoor hot tub, seasonal outdoor pool and sauna, tennis courts, children's trout fishing pond, and a nearby private Whitefish Lake beach area. Close in proximity is Glacier National Park, fabulous Flathead Lake and 9 champion golf courses. With unlimited recreational opportunities like skiing, cross country skiing, ice skating, snow-shoeing, snowmobiling, biking, hiking, swimming, horse-back riding, rafting, water-skiing and kayaking nearby, this is an ideal home base, away from home for guests. It was the perfect place to crash after a long day of adventuring. Clean and had everything we needed for our trip to Whitefish and Glacier NP.

We stayed at this property for the second half of our GNP trip. This was a very comfortable property that is kept in great condition. It was easy to get to and close to many restaurants/shops and about 35 minutes away from the park entrance. Our only hiccup was we planned to do laundry when we arrived at this location and the laundry facilities were closed the week we were there in order to replace the machines. Other than that everything we needed was provided.

My husband and I wanted to get away and have a fun road trip. We wanted a Montana feel and this Condo did that for us. We loved that it was just outside of town and we loved Whitefish. We would for sure come back and maybe during ski season.

Excellent place. Very cozy. Wonderful indoor pool, dry sauna and outdoor hot tub. Had the pool to ourselves. Quiet. Great home base from which to explore Glacier National Park. Would definitely stay again.

This was a really great stay. Place was clean and exactly as advertised. If you have an issue, the owners are very responsive we encountered an issue and it was taken care of within the hour.

This was perfect for our family of four for our week long ski vacation. We had everything we needed, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is close to the base lodge and town. And the pool/hot tub setup is great too!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location in proximity to West Glacier or on the ski mountain itself. Cute little ski cabin perfect for two. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a great time! The condo was perfect for our family of four. The pools were an added bonus and it was great to have a fully stocked kitchen to utilize and help save some money on eating out. Highly recommend staying here and Greg was great to work with as well.

We had a great time staying here. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare and make our own meals. BBQ was easy to use, and the cabin itself was very comfy.

Well, where should I start… first I have to say that Greg was amazing! We first arrived late in the evening on Sunday to find the electricity shut off in the unit, furniture displaced, and a leaky roof with towels and bowls all over the unit. The HOA was replacing the roof and apparently there was an issue with not properly sealing the unit while they were working on it. We called Greg immediately and he answered right away. He had not been contacted about the issue and was surprised as we were when we walked into the unit. He suggested we call VRBO to speak to an agent about finding another place to stay, but the agent was not helpful at all and it was a waste of our time. Since it was late on a Sunday night, we decided to get a hotel room and try to figure things out the next day. Greg called us the next morning to let us know that he had been in touch with the property management and that the property had another unit that we could stay in for the duration of our vacation. Greg even reimbursed us for the night in the hotel. He was also willing to fully refund us if we weren’t able to find a solution. As far as this specific unit goes, I can’t offer any feedback unfortunately, but the village property was fantastic. Definitely enjoyed the hot tub. My only warning would be to be aware when you are barbecuing outside as we had young bear visit our patio looking for food! Even though the trip started a bit rocky, Greg was fantastic and we would definitely recommend this property.

Glacier Visit
The property was having roof work done during our visit but nothing interfered with the unit itself or our stay. the condo was a perfect space for us 3 adults and was convenient to everything we wanted to do in the area. Greg was very accommodating when we had to change plans & made us feel very welcome. Was a great spot, well appointed and everything it was advertised to be. Well recommended!!

Cute place, great location
Greg was very responsive to a pre-trip question as well as my updates keeping him in the loop after we had two days of flight cancelations getting there. The place was perfect for us as a couple. They have maximized and decorated the space nicely. We would love to stay again sometime. It has been updated nicely(kitchen especially) so the pictures online probably should be updated as well. Unit had nice touches from extra spices to all utensils needed including a crock pot. It was our second year at Ptarmigan---stayed in larger unit with our son and his wife last year. It is our favorite location on the mountain--quiet, peaceful, hot tub, fireplace and easy drive to parking for a short walk to slopes!
