This is a sunny home with oversized attached garage and wrap around decks. Located minutes from Homewood Ski Resort and the Lake. There is access to nearby Chambers Landing with restaurant, private beach, tennis courts and swimming pool. Convenient neighborhood transportation to the lake is provided during the summer months. The décor of this home is equipped with blue accents and new furniture. Kitchen includes quartz countertops, trash compactor, dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave. The laundry room includes a new washer/dryer, cabinetry and utility sink. This home also has solar shades throughout, a gas fireplace, wireless internet and two wall mounted 65 inch TV's, one in the living room and the other in the upstairs loft. On the main floor is the master bedroom with king size bed, a private bathroom with lighted mirrors and a large shower. There is also convenient access to a walk out patio deck. There is a second bedroom with a queen size platform storage bed and private access to a guest bathroom with walk in shower. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation. Pool opens June 17th Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied. If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property. If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out. Holiday Booking Policy: CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required.
