Located in Jacksonville Beach, this charming condo for $164 per night is a great option for your next trip. The Beachcomber II condo is located at the heart of Jax Beach and comes with a private gated pool. It is in close proximity to many restaurants and shops, most of which can be easily reached by foot. The condo boasts hardwood floors, stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a washer/dryer. The breakfast table and island provide ample seating. The condo has two bedrooms, both equipped with queen-sized beds, and two baths, one with a soaker tub and the other with a full bath. It is important to note that the tub does not have working jets. Our home comes with high-speed internet, making it perfect for streaming, teleworking, and distance learning. There is a new smart TV in the living room and main bedroom. The condo is on the third floor, and there is no elevator available. There is a side balcony available with an ocean view, and some chairs are provided to enjoy the scenery. There is a nice oceanfront park right next to the building. Furthermore, the beach, pool, and a variety of local restaurants are just a short walk away. Jacksonville Beach has many attractions, such as museums, a golf club, and a fishing pier. Additionally, there are weekly events, including several music festivals. Stay in the heart of Jax Beach and experience it all! Please keep in mind the following information: - We only allow guests who are 27 years old or older. Mixed family groups are permitted. - To ensure that you're protected during your stay, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance. - Before your arrival, you must sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. - We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you'll receive all communication related to your booking through this system. We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay. - If you're planning on bringing a small or medium-sized dog, please note that there is a non-refundable pet fee and you'll need to sign a pet addendum. - Damage Protection is included with this rental but guests are responsible for damages in excess of the policy. There is a $150 credit card hold for the security deposit. You will be notified if there are any charges and it is released 10 days after you depart.

Literally steps from the beach this was a wonderful winter escape. Too chilly for the pool but the kitchen served up lots of hot food-Trader Joes and Whole Foods are right up the road. Loved the chair by the window looking out to the ocean. Glad we didn't have a tall vehicle because the description of the parking is accurate.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. It had a nice view of the ocean from a side balcony. Parking would be difficult for an oversized vehicle but other than that we would definitely stay here again.

This was a great location, close to everything. Beach was great, place was nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Keep in mind, third floor no elevator, we knew this and expected a little struggle getting luggage in, but once we were in, didn’t mind the steps. Host was very responsive and provided easy access.

We absolutely loved the condo and will be returning in the future. Brian was so accommodating and immediately responded to any questions or concerns that we had. The condo is spacious and clean snd had everything we needed. The location was perfect! Waking up to see the beautiful ocean was just what we needed. We attended the Fin Fest (music festival with vendors and found trucks) which was just a few minute walk down the beach. Also, the restaurants were amazing! We highly recommend Eleven South(best filet mignon I’ve ever had) and O-Ku (sushi to die for)

The location is great. The parking is very tight. The space within the covered parking is under some piping that dripped some sort of liquid on our vehicle that did not wash off. Going to try to buff and wax it off but uet to be determined if it is permanent. The flooring around the washing machine is broken up so had to have our little stay way from the area to insure no cut feet. The property was clean, pool well kept and path to beach was easy to manage. Overall, a good trip just needs some attention to details.

Beds weren’t super comfortable, and our balcony view wasn’t quite as good as units directly facing the beach. That being said, you can still see the beach from the balcony. We had basically direct access to the beach, a few minute walk to the pier, and the pool was very nice on days we had with strong riptides at beach. Had very minor inconveniences during our stay, but I immediately reached out to management. They took care of us immediately. Very professional and courteous staff.

Need to note there are no elevators and the stairs are steep. The stairwells were kind of icky but the room was nice, even though it was different than the one reserved. We would stay at this B&B again

The location was perfect! We walked to the town near by. Easy walk to the beach! Having the pool was awesome for the days the wind was too bad at the beach. The house was very comfortable for my family of 4 and our pup. It was easy to find and the instructions left for us made it even easier. Host was available for answering question and responded very quick.

Overall I would say that this place is just OK.The beds were absolutely awful to sleep on. The primary bedroom's TV didn't even work it was super fuzzy. The living room TV was able to have streaming which helped with the toddlers. However it was hooked up to so many different applications. You couldn't figure out the Sound. We arrived super late so I didn't want to call Brian and ended up having to unplug everything just to reset the TV and get the volume on. There were a couple of dishes that were put away dirty when we arrived. it is right on the beach which an absolute pleasure but if the weather is not cooperative, there isn't much to do in the condo( we couldn't find any board games or puzzles). again overall 3 stars. not saying we wouldn't stay again but would like the additional perks and better nights sleep. thanks!

The condo was spacious compared to other condos on the beach in this area. The balcony has a partial view of the ocean but is very private. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pots were all high quality stainless steel and there were plenty of fry pans for us to cook all the fresh seafood we purchased at Safeharbor seafood market. The pool was clean. You do have to climb 3 flights of stairs but that was not a problem for us. The unit was quite and we never heard any noise coming from other units once inside the condo. I hope to return.

Just had a fun spring break getaway at this cozy condo on Jacksonville Beach. Easy access direct to the beach along with a pool. Only a few blocks to shopping and dining and things to do.

Spent the week before Christmas. Great location right on the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Condo was well equipped with everything that we needed. We have definitely tagged this location for future visits.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There were just a couple of things no kitchen towels/cloth and remotes missing batteries. Nothing that would keep us from booking again just amenities that should be checked. Beach chairs were a plus and property is very close to beach which was wonderful.

The amenities listed two bath with showers. In fact there was only one bath with shower, hall bath. The master bath was a jetted tub. It looked like a ‘Vegas honeymoon’ tub. It was very inconvenient with 4 adults and an infant. Also there were no bath cloths only two bath towels per bath. There should be a bath towel and wash cloth for each occupant.

The property manager was responsive and helpful. When we arrived there were plumbers working on the washing machine (there was some sort of leak). We were told that the washing machine was off limits, which was a bummer, but we survived the 4 days we were there. We tried to use the dryer the second day, but found that was inoperable. The property manager was quick to respond and gave us a small refund for the inconvenience. The place itself was nice, but dated. We did find a random sock under one of the beds, and the bathroom in the one bedroom has no door or shower. It's just a tub, toilet, and sink. That was a little weird, but we were able to make due. We didn't use the 2 beach chairs, as they looked quite old and moldy. The location was great! The place was good for what we needed. It was just me and my 3 kids, so we functioned fine.

Property has a great location, property management information flow was excellent. Property (building, walls) itself is old, interior is as described, not top notch, great for our family with kids. All really easygoing and fun, directly at the beach! Thank you!

This place is on the beach with a pool! The condo is decorated beautiful and has a very large tub in the master bath. The kitchen is equipped with all the equipment and cooking items you would ever need. The owners are very great! I love the balcony!
