We provide beach chairs, towels and beach mat for your enjoyment. Fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare your personal healthy food while away from home. Steps out to beach, sparkling pool and oceanfront park. Walking to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and etc.

Overall I was very satisfied with the condo. It was in a very good location with anything a person might want or need near by. The owner of the property needs to know the air conditioner needs a new and proper size air filter and the smoke alarm was taken down, we placed the smoke detector back on the ceiling but is in need of a battery as well. The condo needs a GOOD cleaning as it appears to have been simply straighten for appearance sake. I would recommend this property to everyone interested in visiting the area. As my limited issues where very simple and easily fixed.

Location was great! Right on the beach. Pool area is nice. Laundry facilities on first floor. The property was pet friendly and that was the main reason for the stay. It’s perfect for a quiet get away. There was a dirty frozen rag in the freezer upon arrival. It remained untouched. The whole unit could definitely use a paint job. It would make the appearance much cleaner. I’d still recommend if you are looking for a pet friendly rental on the beach.
