The property had everything we needed. The view was spectacular, walking to the beach was accessible, very quiet at the condo. We were in close range to the grocery store and restaurants. We will definitely return!

Staying at SeaWatch 5B is a real treat! The views are fabulous and the place is so comfortable, relaxing and clean. Owner and property manager were helpful and kind. We had a delightful time and would be glad to return!

We have stayed at Vilano beach multiple times before this year but never at this particular condo. We were extremely pleased and impressed! Very clean and well taken care of. The owner was in contact with us via text which was so nice. We will be returning!

The property was well maintained. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Great sunrise views from the balcony. Beach access was close and convenient. Within a short walk to Vilano Beach restaurants. Downtown St Augustine is a short drive.

Thoroughly enjoy the location! Perfect condo for us. Love the tall chairs and table on the veranda. All systems worked well therefore allowing us to enjoy the area and the Beach. Hope to come back some time in 2024. Mitch & Lillie

This was the perfect place for our visit with family that lives in St. Augustine. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, and convenient for all who wanted to visit with us during our stay. Our instructions were clear and easy to follow. We love being next to the beach, and already look forward to a future stay.

The property is in a great location.. Quiet area. Beds and furniture comfortable. Nice updated kitchen. Unfortunately we cut our stay short due to rain, flood warnings etc. Recommend tv in guest room for rainy days.

This was our second time staying at Martha's condo in Vilano Beach. We enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Thanks to Regina for letting us know when the condo was ready so that we could check in early. The condo was clean and so well stocked with everything we could possibly need. We love that Seawatch only has 27 units. It was fun getting to know people who live there and others who were visiting. Accessibility to the beach can't be beat. Also walking to the pier and Beaches restaurant was easy using the Vilano Nature Boardwalk. Publix was so close! We would definitely recommend Martha's condo and look forward to staying here again when we return to the St. Augustine area!

We totally loved our 3 week stay. The check in was easy and Regina was very accommodating in letting us check in a few hours early. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. My husband and I both commented on how comfortable the beds were. Of course, the ocean is so relaxing g and very accessible from the condo. We would definitely reccomend and hope to return next winter

This was our fourth rental at Sea Watch condos. As always, we enjoyed the fantastic views, access to the beach, and the well kept pool. You can’t beat the Vilano Beach location with its close proximity to St. Augustine. This unit is on the second floor, so the sunrise view are beautiful, and the panoramic view of the ocean allows for boat and dolphin watching. The unit is well maintained but slightly dated. The furnishings were adequate but could be more comfortable. Nevertheless you have everything you need to thoroughly enjoy your time at the beach.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location of the property is steps to the beach, close to Publix, restaurants and a short drive into downtown St. Augustine. The view from the condo of the ocean is amazing.

The location of this condo to the beach is excellent. A short walk down the boardwalk and your toes are in the sand! The accommodations are clean and comfortable. An added bonus is a book for guests to leave comments on places to eat or visit. Also, the communication with the property manager is very good and made us feel welcome in their home.

This is the second year that we have stayed at this property. We really love it. The location is great, close to many local restaurants. The patio is the highlight of the unit. It's a great place to enjoy morning coffee and amazing sun rises. The unit is clean and well stocked. The complex is very quiet. We plan on staying there again.
