Nestled in Vilano Beach, this lovely house for $159 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. When you vacation in a home located on Seaside Capers Road, chances are you’re in for a treat. And Seaside Bungalow, which is indeed on that street, promises plenty of fun in the sun. The three-bedroom home is just a short walk from the peach-hued sands of Vilano Beach via a short private boardwalk over the dunes. When you open Seaside Bungalow’s windows you’ll be able to feel the salt-tinged ocean breeze and hear the sandpipers. Even better, you’ll be able to stroll back and forth between the house and the beach multiple times a day. Get up early to catch the sunrise over the Atlantic, then return home and back to bed; trot down a few hours later to surf or gather shells, then watch for dolphins and whales while lazing on the sand; head back again at night for a moonlit stroll...Although its prime location is reason enough to stay at Seaside Bungalow, the house has plenty of other attributes going for it. For starters, recent upgrades include new windows, plantation shutters and ceiling fans throughout, plus a fully renovated kitchen. Seaside Bungalow can sleep up to six people in utter comfort. The master bedroom is especially restful, with a king-size bed you’ll relish sprawling across, an ensuite bathroom and direct access to a private deck, ideal for your warm morning coffee or late afternoon refreshing cocktails. Enjoy your own private smart TV for when you watch to catch up on your late night shows. The other two bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed, the other with two twins—each have their own smart HDTV's as well. These bedrooms share the second full bathroom, and for added convenience, there’s a half-bath as well. Mornings will be much less hectic! The house was great. Perfect location for us. Only a few steps from the beach. Easy walk to Publix. A short drive to the historical area. You can see the ocean from the balcony off the master bedroom. Plenty of towels and also had extra pillows. The master bed was a little uncomfortable. Check in was very easy. We will book it again.

Bad experience
I booked this house for 5 days during the Thanksgiving holiday one hour before check-in they let me know there was no washing machine.
I asked for some kind of reimbursement refund end it was promised but no one would get back with me their communication is horrible also there was ants all over in the kitchen .

Great location. The picture of the boardwalk leading to the beach is misleading. Pictures show as if you walk right down off of the boardwalk. There are approx. 5-6 steps down to the ocean. In our case since the Nor’easter took the steps out we couldn’t access the beach as anticipated.

Perfect!!
This was a great spot for our family! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during this crazy pandemic. The private beach access was perfect and there was not a soul within 60+ yards of us every day on the beach. We waited until the last minute to find a place to stay because we weren't sure we would even get a vacation this year but we found this place and it fit ALL of our needs! Would reccomend!

The property was nicely decorated but we felt more money should be placed into maintenance and fixtures. Also, we had no idea all the rooms were upstairs. We thought the master was down stairs (maybe it was mentioned in the description and I just didn’t see it but I don’t know). . Due to my knee surgery within this last year, that was cumbersome climbing stairs. Also, the master bath wasn’t a master bath. It was a sink, toilet and small shower. I wasn’t able to comfortably shower in there so I used the shower in the hall. The television didn’t work in the twin bed guest room. The property was clean and cutely decorated. I did attempt to reach the property management a few days before our trip, regarding a few questions in the contract, but nobody returned my call. That was slightly frustrating as I was skeptical of signing the contract with unanswered questions. Overall, it was better than average and the beds were comfy.

We had fun staying at the property. However, there were some things in the house that needed to be fix. The bathroom floor stopper needed to be fix and some light bulbs. The house had a great view but there were some trees that were overgrown along with rust on the garage door. The house inside looked great but the outside needs work.

Nice place to stay
Location and cleanliness was good. A few more amenities like extra towels, larger skillets, guest shampoo would add as supplies were basic. Enjoyed our stay and access to beach. Nice table for meals and games. Everything was in working condition with no problems at all. Thanks much!

Nice seaside retreat
House was clean and has a great location. Better access to cleaning materials would be nice. I.E. a sponge and broom, there was also no extra toilet paper in the house.

Great house in the perfect location
This house was perfect for our family of six. The property was spotless, there were plenty of towels and linens. Everything was fresh and up-to-date. The house is located on a small, private, very quiet cul-de-sac literally steps away from a very nice beach access. Publix was in easy walking distance and St. Augustine was a 5 minute drive. We LOVED our stay here.

Great Beach Getaway
The house is as beautiful as pictured. The beach is outstanding. Miles and miles for those who love to walk the beach. I would give this home a 9 out of 10 and a 10 with a few minor fixes. I would include at least one hairdryer. Today it is not something most people travel with and a simple fix. Also, your cleaning service does a thorough job in cleaning up, but also cleans out. There was no pepper or any spices whatsoever. Also they left 1 laundry tablet. I purchased some but guarantee it was not left behind for the next guest. Simple fix. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location, close to publix and down boardwalk from beach. Close to downtown St. Augustine. Cute beach decor. Had ants everywhere but that happens. Master bedroom door will not lock. No privacy from kids. We enjoyed it very much. Great family Labor Day vacation.

Very nice and spacious home.
There were feces in the first floor toilet when we arrived and our bare feet were black from the floors. There are ants in the master bedroom. Otherwise clean and comfortable.

Comfortable house with washer and dryer
The only problem we had were the ants and the sand on the beach was covered in sea shells so made it hard to enjoy but that isn’t the houses fault 😊 Nice and roomy and looked like it had been recently renovated in some areas.

It was a great house
We enjoyed our stay, the house was very near the beach and within walking distance of some good places to eat. There was also a Publix within walking distance. Driving into St. Augustine to enjoy the many historic sites was very easy. There only real problem we had was with the internet; the modem and router needed to to replaced and that required the owners permission. I called the rental agency repairs number and spoke one of the service reps.the whole problem started on a Thursday and was not resolved until the following Monday.I did not receive any calls from the agency even though I asked them to let me know what was going on, other than that it was a good experience.

Awesome!
Visited for our anniversary and we must say, we loved it! The place was extremely clean, the location was awesome, just outside of town in Vilano Beach, you don't have to fight the traffic and people downtown. Overall amazing experience! Will be returning!
