The Cottage at The Woodburn Bungalows is a turn-of-the century, renovated home and has everything you need to feel cozy and comfortable. The bathroom is beautifully renovated with heated floors. This cozy home is uniquely designed with interesting nooks and bedrooms that you will find super charming! The main floor features the bathroom, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, all the necessary utensils, cookware, a large selection of spices and complimentary coffee, creamer, sweetener, and tea. Follow the stairs leading to the laundry room and garden level bedroom. The lower bedroom has French doors that open onto the patio and nicely landscaped backyard. A washer and dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, an iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience. We are pet-friendly and accept up to two small to medium-sized dogs! For special situations, please get approval from us before booking. Thank you. Our family of four (2 adults and 2 HS age teens) had a great stay at the cottage. We were visiting Colorado College for our older son but this ended up being so much more than a college visit trip! The location of the cottage is in perfect for eating out, nice walks and hopping onto the highway to go visit the garden of the gods and Manitou Springs. The accommodations are super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it!

This was our very first venture staying at a VRBO property and boy did this spoil us for future stays! The Woodburn Cottage was exactly what we we had in mind for the week. The cottage was clean, cute and charming! We had our two Westies and they thoroughly enjoyed seeing the squirrels, raccoons and even a bear! All behind the glass windows, mind you! The accommodation was well stocked with towels, shampoo, body wash and coffee! The little “backyard” to the cottage was private and well kept—even had gardeners arrive to mow the lawn one day! Everyday we took a short walk to the shops for a little exercise and açaí bowl (Rush Bowls is the best!) or some retail therapy (Lululemon and Michael’s to name a couple). Also only 5 minutes away from The Broadmoor Resort—so lovely! We can hardly wait to return— This is a hidden gem and you will not be disappointed!

Great location for all downtown activities. Easy accesa for Lyft and Uber needs. Very quiet and relaxing for retiring after the days activities.

Carpet needs replaced. Towels were small and could be better. Lots of mirrors in bathroom. Ac was sufficient for hot days. Kitchen was nice and living room furniture was comfortable.

Great place and very well situated! Dog friendly with a large backyard. It's unfortunate that the previous people didn't clean their dogs pooh... Only downside is the awful humidity smell inside the house and the very old, small and uncomfortable beds.

The house is the cutest cottage style. We were in town for a veterans motorcycle rally. We loved having a quiet oasis to go to in the evenings. If and when we stay in the springs again. We will look for this house first.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The cottage had everything needed to make you feel at home. The only thing that would have made it better would be TV’s in each bedroom. Great location and host was very easy to work with. Would defiantely rent again when in the area.

We had a great vacation. The house was very clean and comfortable, nice kitchen, and a nice patio. The fenced in back yard was really nice for our 2 dogs. We did a hiking or biking adventure every day. There are multiple trail heads within 5-15 minutes of the house. If you have a dog, the Bear Creek Dog Park is really nice and only about a 5 mile drive.

This is a wonderful nicely remodeled and appointed hidden little bungalow!! Very clean with excellent landscaping and newer appliances!! Great patio for BBQ and relaxation and privacy!! Quiet and close to everything you would want to do!! Definitely will stay again.

Loved this Cottage it was cozy, comfortable, clean and in a great location close to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Cliff Dwellings, both allowed me to take my pup to. It also has a great backyard that my dog Bella loved running around in and squirrel watching. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Colorado Springs you won't be disappointed

This little cottage felt like a home away from home only better with all of the nice ammenities and my Mother and I thought the backyard was divine ! We sat out there a lot enjoying the beautiful shade trees and rose bushes and manicured lawn.

Cottage was cute. Neighborhood was a little sketchy. The house next door looked very sketchy; possibly vacant. Driveway and parking were tight - probably couldn’t get a large SUV in there. The stairs to the lower level are dangerous and would be hard to maneuver if you are taller than 5’8”. My husband took a bad fall into the lower level bedroom because the step is so deep - they need to add some kind of step there. Kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of condiments and such left behind. It was really hot while we were there and the portable AC units helped a little, but were loud and made it hard to talk or watch tv. Luckily we weren’t there much as we were out and about most of our stay. Close proximity to all the attractions.

Absolutely loved the vacation rental. The neighbor was nice and relatively quiet(can’t help the trains). The yard was excellent for our small Pekingese dogs. They got their first squirrel experience, very enjoyable. The location was excellent for our vacation, close to all our planned activities. The home was quirky but very nice and clean. The only issue that is easily fixable is the bed in the lower bedroom. The box spring is very noisy, but we managed. Thanks

The property is great. Landscaping is beautiful, fully stocked kitchen. We cooked and entertained friends and spent more time at the than most probably. The ac units they have are perfect. No problems at all. We will be staying again at some of their other properties also. Thanks for having such a wonderful home.

I would highly recommend staying here. My daughter and I were in town for a softball tournament and stayed here for a week. The property was very clean and well maintained and was centrally liocsted as well making getting around Colorado Springs quite easy.

Both houses were so nice, didn't expect all the amenities that were In them. The neighborhood is close to highways, tourists spots, shopping, restaurants and gas stations. Everything on my wishlist was fulfilled and then some. Loved sitting out in the yard, barbecuing and letting my dog get exercise in the big back yard. Wish I knew how to thank John & Christy for making my vacation so fabulous and stress free, as words don't seem to express my gratitude. You couldn't ask for better hosts. See you soon.

Overall, very comfortable. & cozy. But it is very small and 4 LEVELS?! This created very steep, unequal and dangerous steps. Be careful! Also,...laundry in basement. Going up and down these treacherous steps with laundry...NOT GOOD! Kitchen, living area & dining were excellent. If you don’t mind quirky,...this is your place.
