Overall, the place was nice. But there were a few things I had to mention. First, it's a duplex, not a standalone house, which is not mentioned in the description. The neighbor in the other part of the house was overusing the parking spot, which caused us lots of discomfort when we tried to come or leave the house. Second, the house requires more intensive cleaning - dust was everywhere, and the kitchen items needed an extra wash before we could use them (I found fly larvae on kitchen towels). Third, many items in the house need to be replaced; for example, the blinds were broken in both rooms upstairs, the towels, and the kitchen supplies are severely outdated. Fourth, the backyard looks fenced, but it has huge gaps facing the house. We could not leave our medium-sized dog there, even for a moment, which caused us lots of discomfort because he could easy got it and out of the gaps between rails. Overall, I think this house has lots of potential, but it should be priced less unless updated.
