We had a very nice time. The location of the condo is excellent, and the layout very comfortable. It has a screen porch, and an open porch facing the beach which is a huge plus. The condo is well equipped and nicely appointed, and we really enjoyed our 3rd summer visit there. Cannon and Gruber quickly attended to any issues that we had. I highly recommend this condo.

We had a great vacation at the Breakers condo at Pine Knoll Shores NC. Cannon and Gruber are the best rental agency. The views from the condo was awesome and the convenience to everything was awesome. Definitely recommend this condo and Cannon and Gruber!!

Overall good. Parking for this unit was extremely tight for our vehicle. Master bedroom stayed hot and the place could use a little more cleaning but we would stay here again. We enjoyed the location very much.

The Breakers B-32 was everything I thought it would be and more. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach was very close, quiet and absolutely no fighting for a spot on the sand. The pool was clean and not crowded. I would VERY MUCH recommend this condo to a friend!
