Located in Park City, this charming house for $576 per night is a great choice for your next break. Our Luxury and private upscale house is 4,400+ sq. ft. house was specifically designed for multi-families and large groups. Our house is a five minute walk to Main Street and Deer Valley Resort is only minutes away. There are six bedrooms and six bathrooms, including two grand suite style master bedrooms with king beds. The lower floor features a third master bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom. Two additional spacious bedrooms with queen beds share a large full separate bathroom. A sixth bedroom with twin beds sits adjacent to the upstairs blue grand master bedroom; it also has a separate bathroom and is ideal for singles or attending to children. FEATURES: The large gourmet kitchen comes equipped with professional grade appliances, fine granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets; plus and is stocked with cookware for the culinary enthusiast. The adjoining dining area and great room showcase hardwood floors, expansive ceilings, fireplace and wide screen smart TV to create an all-inclusive festive setting. A large loft with wireless internet access overlooks the great room with a view of the luscious Park City mountainside. The lower level game room features a shuffleboard table, HD flat screen smart TV, surround sound, providing an escape for children or adult fun. The two-car garage with ski and snowboard racks opens into a convenient ski prep room. A private back deck with a new 2023 Hot Tub and natural gas BBQ grill resides against the quiet mountainside. Great setting for adventurers or families with and professional groups looking for balance between the comforts of a luxurious modern home to accommodate winter and summer activities. A new hot tub has been installed for the 2024 year. We stayed at this lovely home with 13 people ans it was perfect! The distance to downtown and the ski resorts was amazing. The home was great for our sized group as well. We all had our own rooms to share with people and it didn’t feel crowded at all. Would definitely stay here again with a large group!

This 3-level property is great for large groups, with a wonderfully stocked kitchen, a hot tub and use of the attached garage (important during snow season). There are 3 upstairs bedrooms (two master suites) and a twin, and 3 bedrooms,/ 2 baths in the basement. Large laundry room with 4 washer/dryers! These are all the great things about it, plus very kind and exceptionally helpful hosts.
The not so good thing is the basement is not well heated and we were forced to run the middle floor heater to make those basement bedrooms' warmth level even tolerable, which barely worked to warm them up. Note that our stay was in August.
I would recommend this house in spite of the coldness of the basement, because of all the positives, plus it is reasonably priced for this size house.

11 of us stayed in this house for 4 nights, 5 days. It had plenty of space for all of us. It was very easy to get to the mountains and go into town. We were very happy with how everything worked out. I would highly recommend staying here!

Three generations of our family enjoyed our stay at this roomy, quiet, fully furnished home. It had everything we needed to have a great time with family. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and cozy with fine comforters and pillows. We are looking forward to returning many times in the future.

There for a work trip with 4 of my co-workers. The house was well furnished (the kitchen more than any other property we have stayed in thus far). Location was awesome as restaurants were within a few minutes. Communication from the owner was stupendous. We will likely stay here in the future!!

Great gathering house!
This was a great house in Park City!! We had a friend reunion, and it was such a house, because all the couples had their own bedroom and bathroom. Loved the large kitchen island, and such a great place to gather. Nice outdoor patio with a hot tub, with privacy. It is a wonderful location, we could walk down the hill to town, or up the street to hike. Rick is a great host, communicated very well, and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again.

Property was in a great location. We had a party of 12 and the house accommodated us with no problem. We did a lot of cooking and hanging at the property after being on the mountain and the kitchen and property had everything we needed. We would stay here again if traveling with a larger group.

Great location, comfortable for large group
Our group of 12 had a great day in the old town home. We took advantage of the great location and walked to nearby restaurants almost every night, about a 15-minute walk. Our group was made up of couples, singles, and a toddler and a baby. The house was large enough that our baby crying in the night did not wake up the other people. Many of the bedrooms have bathrooms en suite, so there was no shortage of places to shower after our day of skiing. I believe every room had a humidifier which helped us sleep better with the dry air and high altitude.
We found a handful of children's items in the house witch were very helpful to us, including a pack and play, a baby swing, plastic dishes and silverware for kids, and even a few toys.
The kitchen was large and well-equipped.
The furniture and decor of the house felt very classy, sheets and bedding seemed new and of good quality. To accommodate the toddler, we moved some decorative items during our stay and put them back at the end. Otherwise the house seemed pretty safe for a child.
It is clear that the home has been frequently used as a vacation rental, in some places there is some wear and tear, but I don't think it took away from our experience. Rather I think it made us feel a bit more comfortable that we would not damage something by staying in the house with a child.
Overall, great experience! Owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would love to stay again some time.

Beautiful home in superb location
This beautiful home worked perfectly for our group of 6 adults and 4 children. The bottom level has a tv/play area that was perfect for our children and 3 bedrooms (1 master). The main middle level has a large entrance mud room for ski gear and a beautiful spacious open kitchen/dining/living room. The upstairs has a landing and 3 bedrooms (2 beautiful large masters). The hot tub and the grill is off the main level and the double washers and double dryers are on the bottom level.
The location was perfect. A 5 min walk up the hill takes you to many hiking/biking/sledding trails. A 10 min walk down the hill and you’re in the main town with shops and restaurants. A 5 min drive and you’re at the base of the mountain.
The owners were very communicative and responded quickly to questions and the small touches of having a Christmas tree were very much appreciated. Highly recommend this property!

Great Old Town Location--Large Modern Clean House!
This was our second trip to Park City, and we were thrilled with this six bedroom house the moment we walked into it. All the rooms are spacious and clean like a five star hotel. The kitchen is large with much counter space to cook large meals and well equipped with appliances and trinkets. There are other nice things not shown in pictures like lounging on the private back deck with hot tub and BBQ and two washers and two dryers. They have obviously been doing this a while because the house is dialed in.

Great way every morning to start your day's exploration of Park City
Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, great showers, well equipped kitchen, full two car garage and only a ten minute walk to Old Town with great shops and restaurants. This is a huge benefit as parking is hard to find and expensive! We had five adults, two teens and an infant in our group and never had a noise, hot water or space problem.

Beautiful home in fantastic location
I recently stayed at this property with a big group, including some small children. It was perfect!! The home is very spacious and well-laid out for groups, with lots of beds, baths, and privacy. The kitchen and main living room are a great place for gathering, and really lend themselves well to hosting a big group. The kitchen is very well-stocked, and we cooked some great meals while relaxing together. The hot tub is also right outside the back door, and a perfect place to unwind! The home is really conveniently located just up Main St -- very accessible to the shops and restaurants downtown, and easy to get to the Park City Main St lifts. Rick and Carol were very communicative and very responsive to our questions and requests. It was a pleasure to work with them, and we hope to return again!

Great house in Old Town
We stayed here for some spring skiing at Park City and Canyons. The house is very convenient to both mountains as well as the nightlife on Main Street. The house is very clean, well maintained, and spacious. It was exactly what we were looking for!
