Everything was fantastic! The food, the room, the pool, the proximity to the beach! Best of all, if you forget absolutely anything including a lighter, sunscreen or even swim suit, you can purchase one right next to the reception! The spa was one of the best I have experienced!

breakfast is good. staff are helpful. the facilities are good and even the hotel was fully booked, swimming pool, gym and other facilities are not crowded. feel very private and very nice to enjoy the vacation.
choice for dinner in the restaurant is very limited. location is not in the centre of pattaya. have shuttle to some shopping mall but the scheduled time is very limited.

Location is good, about 20mins by car outside Pattaya center. The facilities are nice, especially the sky pool (but I thought it was very weird the pool only opens at 11am! I mean you can go to the pool before but there is just no one there and the sofas are all still covered). We had a garden villa which was spacious; huge bathroom, big shower, double sink etc. Amazing views
Service is below average and certainly not 5 star level. Wanted to check in at 2:30 but were told check in is at 3pm only.. went ahead and checked out the property by ourselves and were approached by a receptionist who told us the room was ready, so we told her we'll get back to her. 20mins later we go to reception to pick up the key for our room and were escorted to the villa only to realize the luggage was still at reception and would be 'delivered later'. Not acceptable, but ok no big deal. Once inside the villa the receptionist asked us when we'd like to have turn down service... ha? Weird.. We ordered room service once (two salads) and the tray that was delivered included 2 salads, 2 forks and 2 spoons and 1 napkin (??), no bread, no butter no water, no flowers.. nothing. Definitely not 5 star quality. Food was very disappointing especially the breakfast buffet. Not enough variety and quality is quite bad, that's why we ate out most of the time. It's a pity since the property itself is quite nice, but the service is bad and the food quality as well. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach, just 10 minutes further down the road. Price is the same but service and food are excellent!
