With three bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a bonus loft for games and extra sleeping space, this welcoming retreat is well suited for groups who want both comfort and room to spread out.

The living room has all the hallmarks of a classic Sunriver stay, with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, leather seating, and a cozy gas fireplace. Large windows bring in natural light and frame the trees beyond, while the TV makes the space equally inviting for movie nights, quiet mornings, or catching the big game.

The dining table seats six, with room for three more at the kitchen counter. Nearby, the well-stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an electric glass-top range, and plenty of space for preparing everything from easy breakfasts to relaxed family dinners. A Keurig is also available for guest use, so be sure to bring your favorite K-Cups.

Step through the sliding glass door to the back deck, where the outdoor spaces become part of the vacation. Fire up the gas barbecue, gather around the patio seating for dinner, or settle into the private hot tub beneath the stars. Bedroom One features a king bed, TV, vaulted ceilings, a private ensuite bathroom, and direct deck access. Bedroom Two offers a queen bed and a comfortable place to unwind after a day spent exploring Sunriver. A second full bathroom also serves the main level.

Upstairs
Bedroom Three features a queen bed. The upstairs bonus loft adds extra flexibility with two full-size futons, a small game table, and a 32-inch TV. A full bathroom is also located on this level.
