Special rates for our guests. If Peace and Quiet are what you are looking for then this is the place. No loud parties, neighbors are very quiet, the only sound at night might be a cricket or the sound of deer making their way on the neighboring hill side. Both suites Chambre’ du Bernadette & Chambre' du Walter (named after my parents) have high definition TVs. with cable & wireless internet. Chambre’ du Bernadette has a newly added kitchenette with convection oven & microwave, refrigerator & Keurig coffee maker. These are two rooms with a bathroom that is separated from the main Living quarters. These are private rooms & bath as well as a beautiful patio with roses, lavender & jasmine to name a few. There is a swimming pool & Loggia for dining with a cozy fireplace. Private gated entrance with ample parking. RATES HAVE BEEN DROPPED FROM $275 nightly to average $160. This is the discounted monthly rate. Minimum booking 30 days. (Booking monthly is now the same rate as prior booking of 2 weeks.) Located in the City of Roses, home of the Rose Bowl & Tournament of Roses Parade. The City also boasts numerous cultural amenities, entertainment, and three distinct districts offering fine restaurants and top retailers. Find unique treasures and exceptional bargains at retailers ranging from exclusive boutiques and national department stores to flea markets and quaint antique shops. Located in the base of the San Gabriel Mountains. 10 miles northeast of Downtown Los Angeles. Local Golf Courses: Brookside Golf Club (10 minutes) Location is convenient to the city near local attractions Great for walkers playing multiple courses Challenges include bunkers undulating greens narrow fairways Great for drinks patio dining watching the game. Scholl Canyon Golf & Tennis Club. It's an executive, so there are only a couple of chances to use your woods, but there are still some very challenging holes. The views of downtown LA are awesome; when it's clear you can see Catalina Island. The course is half a step above a par 3 course, but a great value.

This was bar none my best VRBO visit ever. The apartment and surrounding gardens and pool were lovely, private, and sparkling clean. The location and views are spectacular. But the real reason this rental shines is the host Olivia, who couldn’t be any kinder or more helpful in making sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. This was particularly helpful given that my family was dealing with a difficult medical issue, which was the reason for our stay. It was like having a mom and best friend in Pasadena to help us through this tough time. Thanks and we will be back for sure. <3

A tue sanctuary of peace and beauty
We could not have been more joyful than we were staying at Olivia’s beautiful and tranquil setting. The property is MORE luxurious than the description. Everything from the premises, decor, and landscape made us feel like we were in a private Villa in Tuscany. Olivia won my heart with generosity of spirit and kindness. Responsive to every need, but I must admit that she anticipated ALL of our needs. We felt safe and cared for. I can’t express our gratitude and thanks enough.

Her property is is well-appointed while surrounded by succulent gardens and stunning views.

Peaceful, Private & Comfortable
Our stay was perfect. Felt as if we were at home! The pool and views are stunning! Olivia is so accommodating and assisted us with anything we needed during our stay. We had plenty of space for our family. Easy parking, kid friendly, private and comfortable. The boys loved Ollie & Jasper and are still talking about them. Absolutely perfect location to get to anywhere you need whether it's the beaches, Hollywood, Universal, Disney or restaurants. We can't thank you enough for the hospitality and we will be back one day without a doubt!

Such an amazing, relaxing getaway!
We really enjoyed the home, as it was so close to the Rose Bowl where we were going to the Taylor Swift Reputation concert. The home was very comfy and decorated so nicely. We loved the pool area and cabana, as well as the mojo to play with the bird in. It was all so pretty and beautiful!! Olivia was so sweet and welcoming. She was the perfect host and we will definitely stay here when we come back to Pasadena.

Tranquil retreat close to everything!
If you're looking for some serenity, this is your place. The suite is well appointed (what else would you expect from a host is also an interior decorator?) and super comfortable. The patio that is directly accessible from both bedrooms features a hillside view that was ablaze with colorful flowers during our stay. It also features a calming fountain that our daughter loved. The beds provided sound sleep (where did those sheets come from?) and, again, my daughter loved them - calling it her "princess bed" and not wanting to get out of it in the morning. We didn't use the pool, but it looked great and the view from that side of the house is of a lovely golf course. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet setting with privacy. Olivia is a wonderful, welcoming host who provided us with a great stay. Bravo!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Olivia even though our trip was cut short by a family emergency. Olivia is such a gracious and caring hostess who goes out of her way to make the stay enjoyable. The beds and pillows were divine, the rooms clean, comfortable and well-appointed.
We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Pasadena!

5-Stars in quiet neighborhood with lovely hosts
We were so grateful to have this quiet oasis available for our family to stay while in the LA area. It fit our family of four quite comfortably, with plenty of space indoors and many little outdoor spaces as well. My kids fell in love with Jasper, the tiny four-legged Jr. Ambassador. Olivia’s decorative touches, thoughtful preparation, and delightful disposition made this a truly 5-Star experience. I can’t think of another place I’d prefer to stay when we return to the area. Beautiful and Relaxing Oasis in th Hills of Pasadena
We had the most amazing stay at this property for 10 days. Olivia and Justin were so accommodating and gracious hosts and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The two bedroom suite is beautifully decorated and has a gorgeous private patio. We also enjoyed the use of the fabulous pool area and fire pit overlooking a gorgeous golf course in the hills of Pasadena. Uber and Lyft we are readily accessibleto and the short trip into Pasadena is very quick from the house. We could not have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable stay at this property. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the Burbank, Glendale or Pasadena areas.

Beautiful and peaceful retreat with stunning views
I stayed in Olivias retreat for the Weekend of the Coldplay concert and the house was perfect set in a beautiful hillside location with stunning views of the golfcourse and only a mile away from the Rosebowl! Olivia she was the perfect host and even dropped me off and picked me up from the concert which was wonderful and so thoughtful as I was travelling alone. I could not have wished for a more perfect location and only wish I had stayed there for longer! I would highly recommend this house and the location for either solo travellers or couples looking to get away from it all or have a romantic break..
