Very well appointed in the style of a “grand” hotel. I was disappointed that they didn’t offer breakfast and charged for “extras” like bottled water.
Everything cost extra.

Entire hotel air conditioning went off .. no notification .. had to find out by walking down to the front desk since no one answered the phones … no fans and no resolution except to check out at 9:40 pm at night with no offer of help finding a hotel … sad customer service

Hated the self parking. So far from elevator. Accommodations for pets is zero. No where to take them out. I asked for first floor and didn’t get it. Parking overpriced—gouging.
