Beautiful hotel but service is not up to standards with the 5 star rating. Service was inconsiderate and not enough staff to manage the hotel guests. Extremely disappointed and would recommend staying at a Hyatt over this.

Beautiful property for our family of 3.
We were headed to Disneyland and Universal but wanted a nice hotel to land at night. The Langham exceeded our expectations. The drive to Disney was about 35-40 minutes (even with traffic).

This is one of the best properties at which we stay. We have been there multiple times and each experience is great. Beautiful property, with great amenities and an amazing location.

Overall it was lovely. Just wished housekeeping cleaned our room sooner rather than later. It wasn’t done until 3:00, AFTER we requested it done at least twice before they even started the room.

Amazingly gorgeous property. Needs some updating. Hallway carpets look tired. My room did not have a window I could open! Wonderful California weather and no
Open window!!! Hated that. Side comment: cheap gas station quality toilet paper. Room had heavy Queen Anne type furniture. Definitely needs breath of fresh air updating in the room. I had superior double beds room.

Have stayed at the Langham Huntington Pasadena repeatedly over the years, and this was the time that the bloom fell off the rose. The staff is always super enthusiastic and kind, but requests need to be made repeatedly, the dated decor felt more dated, the lack of modern amenities in the room felt more glaring, and everything just seemed a little "less" than we were used to. Nothing specifically bad to report, but it just didn't live up to the premium cost and five star rating as it had in years past. Oh well...

This place goes above and beyond in their customer service. The grounds are impeccable and spotless. The rooms are clean and cozy. I just love this place.

The only 2 comments i would give for improvement:
1. Service in breakfast restaurant is very slow, so give yourself a lot of time.
2.when we checked out, the parking valet did not offer to assist with luggage despite seeing i was struggling.

The property is conveniently located. The staff are overall friendly but the property is aged. The white marble around the water facet turn yellow, and the room size is small. Be aware this is a valet parking hotel with a long list of hidden fees.

It is a luxury hotel with excellent service, so it was a very memorable experience. My advice for first time visitors would be to come prepared to do a lot of tipping because valet parking is not optional and there are plenty of people who will quickly help you with your bags before you have a chance to think about it.

This property is beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating Totally worth the stay. The area of Pasadena was wonderful too. We were a little worried because we had never been, and California has a bad wrap, especially here in Texas. So, when we went we were relieved and pleasantly surprised that everything was so lovely. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Parked with Valet. Asked for,them to charge my electric vehicle. They told me they were charging other cars and would try to get to it. I asked the woman who checked us in to make sure my daughters car was charged while we had dinner. She said she would make sure they understood. Not only didn’t they charge it, they couldn’t find it!

I booked the cottage just because i wanted a private area and quite. When we got there they said we have a construction in the cottage area and they changed our reservation to the main building without our permission.
Main building was so busy and noisy and my whole point of this trip that was getting quite place was destroyed.

This hotel is stunning! Each area is enchanting with beautiful and elegant architecture, decorations. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned and spacious. We loved the gardens and pool views. Pretty beautiful the gardens. Valet parking staff were very friendly and fast. Food in restaurants were very good.

Had a great stay at the Langham. From the moment I was checking in to the moment I left , immpecxable service all around. My room had an amazing view of the garden and was so roomy! Food.was great too. And I took advantage of the pool as well.
Would definitely stay here again!
One tip - room didn't have USB charging so bring enough plugs to charge your devices.
