Would not visit again.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

The TV didn’t work. Someone checked it out and asked if I wanted a new room. I said no thanks. I should have been offered at least a free breakfast. The door had such a big gap that I could hear everyone talking outside. The walk way to my room and the stairs had garbage on the ground.

Excellent Service, Room Hygiene Concerns

I appreciate the positive aspect of the hotel, which is the excellent service provided by the staff.

There is almost no breakfast available; the only option is cold bread. I didn't see any hot food there. Additionally, there is no bottled water provided, and you need to buy it yourself at Whole Foods. I even noticed old, dark bloodstains on the bed sheets, clearly indicating that they were not properly cleaned. Moreover, upon entering the room, I detected a very musty odor, as if the room had been vacant for a long time. There were scattered substances on the floor, and I couldn't tell if it was red wax or something else. They were present in many corners of the room, but I didn't dare to examine them closely.

It fulfilled a need. I will probably look for a new place next time.

It is conveniently located.

The bed had a foam pad we think over the mattress that over hung the bed. It was difficult to get in and out of bed. My husband almost fell out of bed . 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel was provided in the room upon arrival. We expected that with the facility being part of Green Tree that the facility would have been in better exterior condition. We have stayed there many times in the past. This was the first time since June of 2018 due to illness that we were able to return to Pasadena.

The location, it was close to downtown

It was dirty and old, the room wasn’t clean at all and looked very dirty, not maintained and a lot of things broken in the room

breakfast was a joke! I couldn’t find anything to eat. no fruit no choices for people with special diet needs. chose this location because they offered breakfast. but it was awful. even my husband could not find anything edible and he eats anything

Location. Great price for only 5 minutes walk to metro and 10 minutes to Colorado boulevard.

State of walls and ceiling in the bathroom. Peeling and mouldy.

we have stayed here many times, and we really liked it. it seems to have gone downhill

location is great, room was clean, bed comfortable

It smelled moldy, bedding didn't look very clean. Also didn't like that they couldn't find our reservation. They had to go through your system to find it.

dismissive staff, huge stains on bed sheets and pillows, tiny hair (beard hair?) everywhere on beds and shower, 8ft large water stains on ceilings, loud popping noises in walls throughout the night, complimentary breakfast was cold and the food seemed very old… the pork sausages had a ton of liquid seeping out of them that was obviously not normal and it made me gag when I didn’t realize in time, breakfast orange juice was very watered down and foamy, the underground parking lot had some sort of sewage leak and had a very loud hose that was cleaning it up, the entire parking area had a rancid sewage smell

they canceled my confirmed booking and I messaged booking.com and no one responded. so I payed for a reservation and the reservation was cancelled

Check-out was simple.

The $10 “service fee” which is not listed on their Booking.com page is just robbery. The towel rack was torn out of the wall. The pillows were shapeless AND lumpy. The check-in person was rude and unhelpful. The roll-down blind was stuck in down position, so I had no natural light or air. The towel ran all night. This motel is worth about $100 a night, or less.

Good location for food and drinks

The lodging was in an excellent location close to a lot of restaurants, Whole foods, Trader Joe's and a movie theater. The staff was friendly and provided plenty of additional coffee. They provided a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage

The lodging is in area that has somewhat of a crime problem. A person was panhandling very aggressively, at least he didn't try to steal my wallet. I needed help at first by the staff for both the internet and TV.
