The location, the environment in the first floor. The view in the restaurant at the top.
I would have loved a pool. The food at the restaurant was not the best, was not what I expected for the hoyel.

New facility and modern
Room cleaning was never done or even done it was half way
Like we stayed a week even when they clean the bathrooms are not done

Super friendly staff, clean rooms
The noise was terrible. I requested a quiet room at the end of a hallway when booking and when checking in. I received a room 4 doors down from the elevator and 2 doors from the ice machine but the real issue was there is no insulation whatsoever in the walls and floors and sleeping in was impossible- it was like a herd of elephants doing zumba around and above us..so much it shook our actual room and the stomping was incessant.
