About this condo rental
Situated in Ocean Isle Beach, this lovely condo for $357 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. New this season! Linens and towels for10 are included in the rental price. In addition, all beds will be made prior to your arrival. Hope this new feature will make your vacation more enjoyable and stress free. The entire condo was painted last season. The main living area plus a bedroom & bath have Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) floors. In addition, we purchased comfy family room furniture. New comforters have been added to the bedrooms. Finally, it was time to purchase a new A/C unit. Hope you enjoy the upgrades to our home away from home. We always get comments about our well stocked kitchen! Our condo is sanitized and disinfected from top to bottom after each guest by Natural Sanitizing Solutions from Wilmington, NC. The process that NSS uses is able to properly sanitize all hard and soft surfaces including sofas, chairs, carpets, pillows, bedspreads, or mattresses. NSS technicians use electrostatic sprayers and Dept. of Defense approved foggers to apply a Hypochlorous acid solution that is non-toxic and environmentally safe while at the same time kills COVID-19 and other viruses and pathogens. It is a hospital-grade disinfectant that is 80 to 100 times more effective than bleach with none of the chemical side effects. Hypochlorous acid is on the EPA approved list to kill COVID-19. Excellent location. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Amazing layout for 3 college kiddos and 1 high schooler. Lots of parking. Beautiful, peaceful porch for morning coffee.

Spotless, comfy & very attractive decor. Loved, loved, loved having 4 bathrooms with teens in tow. Kitchen was stocked with pots & pans large enough for prepping meals for 10 people. Cabinets were labeled so we could keep utensils, dishes, etc organized. We hate to go out to eat and stand in line for hrs. and greatly enjoyed the convenience and economy of eating in. Short walk to beach club pool & beach. Hated to leave. Hope to return. Thanks to the O’Donnells for a wonderful beach trip.

Amazing property almost on the beach (5 minutes walk)! The pictures do not give justice to how spacious this condo is. Enough place for our three generational family to each have their room and full bathroom. Very easy arrival, the owners are easy to reach. Highly recommended!

Condo is comfortable and close to the beach. Easy access to the pool. We had fun feeding the turtles across the way. We love coming to OIB and the condo was a nice place for us to be.

Spacious, Organized and great location!
This condo was more spacious than expected and at a great location, just a short walk to the closest public beach access. The kitchen was the most organized than any other, from our past 13 years of visits to OIB. The labeled shelves in the kitchen cabinets made using and then washing and returning everything to its correct spot, easy and helped to keep the organization for the next guest. I would recommend staying here!

Honest review of a beautiful condo.
I am rating this condo 5 stars because everything was absolutely perfect except for the master bed, so I don’t want them to lose a star because that is an easy fix which would then make the condo absolutely perfect. The mattress is terribly uncomfortable and sinks in the middle. Our backs ached each morning when we woke up. Other than that issue, everything else was perfect. I have OCD about cleanliness and this condo scored very well for me. The new furniture in the living room was very comfortable and roomy. The colors and decor classy. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals. The check in and out process was super easy. My family enjoyed a wonderful vacation here and if they get a new mattress in the master bedroom, we will definitely return! We have stayed in other condos in the Islander Villas, and this was the nicest! You can really tell that the owners take pride in their vacation home.

We loved the condo! It was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our family. The size and lay out was perfect for us! We loved sitting on deck and the pond view was very nice. Great location! The only thing that was a little tricky was the parking; the bays are a little tight and we had to keep moving vehicles around. But we loved the property and it’s close to the beach and not far from the pool! The owners were great with communications and the checking in process was great! We would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely condo near the beach
We enjoyed our stay at this very pretty condo. Lots of space in the bedrooms and an open, airy feel in the living room/dining/kitchen area. Great that each bedroom has its own bath. A nice deck area to sit outside. A pretty short walk to the beach, but there are steps to go over the dunes (in case that's a problem for some people). The overall cleanliness was good, but the floors could use a deep clean. We would stay at this property again!

Then after we checked out, we got notice that we broke fridge door which was working fine when we were there so not sure where that came from. We will definitely not rent this unit again. Luckily we purchased the renter’s insurance however there was nothing wrong with the fridge when we left.

Perfect spot for relaxation
We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is much bigger than it shows in the pictures. It was really nice to have a bathroom in each bedrrom. The beach is only 4 minutes of walk from the condo. Our favorite part was the view of the lagoon from the balcony; the sunset view is amazing from there! We rented bikes and enjoyed riding around the neighborhood. Would love to stay here again.
The only thing we would recommend is replacing small smart TVs in the bedrooms that have queen beds with bigger ones.

A wonderful Week!
Our family enjoyed our stay at the Islander Villas so much! We have stayed in this area for the past 5 summer, and this condo, is by far, the cleanest and most well stocked of any. Our family enjoyed the view and the short distance from the beach access. The unit is on the first level and was very QUIET and peaceful. A great place for a family to stay!

Great location!
This home is in a fantastic location just a very short walk from the beach. We really enjoyed having access to the pool as well. The owners are very kind and quick to respond. Our one major issue was cleanliness when we arrived. It looked like housekeeping made the beds and left. We found trash under the couches and beds from previous vacationers, the bathrooms were dirty and the floors had not been cleaned. I definitely don't blame the owners for this, but we spent 2 hours after getting there cleaning top to bottom. (I did call to complain to management company and they offered to send housekeeping, but at that point we had done it already). The front, queen room is also lacking curtains and the security lights from the porch shine so brightly into the room it is hard to sleep.
Beyond those things, we enjoyed our stay. I hope the owners will look into a new cleaning service and curtains for the rooms.
