Upstairs, a luxury master suite features a comfortable king-size bed and large cozy fireplace furnished with palms, pampas grass and baskets. A sliding door exits onto a large wrap around covered balcony that overlooks the backyard. Savor your morning coffee outside at the balcony table and take in the views of swaying palm trees, craggy mountain peaks and the desert landscape. The in-suite bathroom boasts a lavish, open, walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub for a relaxing bubble bath. There are two sinks and a separate toilet area. A surprise awaits inside the mirror sliding door closet: a kiddie bed retreat and play area. The second bedroom upstairs features a 4-poster king-size bed and bunk bed with twin over a full. The third bedroom features another comfortable king size bed and twin bunk bed with dedicated office desk, chair, monitor, keyboard, and lamp. The outdoor space is dominated by a large pool surrounded by palm trees, with picturesque mountains and desert in the background. The kiddie pool features two fountains. A lush lawn between the outdoor kitchen and the pool is the perfect spot to have fun with a provided game of lawn darts or cornhole. The party or event must be approved by Anne. There is a extra fee of $500.00 for up to 20 people and an additional fee will also be applied over the $500.00 for any party or event over the 20 people. Plus all vehicles must be parked off of the street in front of the home. The 36-hole golf course is one block away.
