We really enjoyed staying here with the views and boat watching.

Loved the views, large deck, large room and appreciated the high quality Shampoo and conditioner. It was the first time ever I didn't use my own brought from home. This Malin + Goetz shampoo and conditioner was so high end that I bought it on Amazon after leaving. This shows how much the hotel wants to please guests. The Heat Hotel recommended a jet ski company operating from the boat slips in front of the hotel. We received a 10% discount being a guest at the Heat Hotel. They do boat rentals as well. Super convenient being in front of the hotel. There is a little area to get in the river via steps on the dock. We didn't notice them until we were leaving. This is a great unique place to stay for a balcony, walking ease, Easy water craft rentals and boat/people watching at the London Bridge.

No shelves in fridge making it hard to use. The shower side edges could use a deep clean. The bed is one that you sink in and it makes a rut. For those with back issues or stomach sleepers needing it more firm, this is not your bed.

Perfect Havasu Location

Terrific location, wonderful polite & helpful staff, Lovely clean & spacious room. Undercover parking was a blessing in the July heat.

Walls are a bit thin.

Weekend getaway in Lake Havasu

The view of the bridge from the balcony was incredible.

We rented 2 rooms, one was very nice but the other one seemed outdated with worn carpeting & drab tile. The elevator is also looking run down with dirty floor that is peeling up from the edges. There is also no pool/jacuzzi or breakfast available at the hotel.

Best view of channel and London Bridge

location, great view, quiet (it was a Mon night), bar option which was nice for bringing drink back to room and enjoying in balcony, walkable to restaurants, nice walking paths along the channel

Huge room, great location

Great location right under the bridge. Good breakfast spot across the street. Very spacious room, huge shower & comfortable bed. Walking distance of the beach too.

Staff were lovely but a bit laid back - we had to return to reception to ask for the wifi code. They didn’t offer any info about the free bikes or any tours/recommendations. It felt like it was nearly the end of the season and they were tired or a just bit disinterested. At weekends it’s noisy. The locals party on the quay outside the rooms. In the summer the hotel terrace bar would be open - which would have been above our room, so I imagine the place would be a bit of a party spot.

Excellent view, terrible accommodations.

Location was great. Walking distance to a lot of entertainment. The view was amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better view.

Accommodations were horrible. Loud squeaky bed. Pillows with no "pillow" left. Air conditioner was so loud it woke you up everytime it turned on. Bathroom fan was so loud you couldn't sleep if someone was in there. Toilet was so low , it must be intended for a toddler. And it slanted to the left. So, it felt like you were falling off. Elevator was was not only too loud, but you could feel the vibration of it through the wall. And finally, the walls were so thin you could hear the neighbors sneeze.

Easy Booking...Fantastic Motel...Perfect Stay!

Everything....if you're staying in Havasu City...this perfect...Balcony overlooks the London Bridge...excellent staff...Booking.com was the right booking agency...very easy with good rates!

Location was great..

No restaurant, no pool, bed was so uncomfortable I came back with back pains. If you only want accommodation with a good view and no normal hotel facilities this place is fine.. But price is high for just a room.

Disappointing

The staff was great! Very Friendly

The rate was very expensive for the quality of the hotel and room. They were very old and run down. Around the hotel was very dirty. We travel a lot and don’t mind paying for the quality of the room and hotel, but we were very disappointed in the quality of this hotel. The one room was very roomy and the views were great.

Loved it!

i loved my stay so much! me and my boyfriend got a room here for three nights, and we had a perfect view of the bridge and the mountains! i will definitely be coming here again!
