What I was expecting, quite, friendly, clean, & up to the standards.

Staff I amazing. Shout out to the night audit. She is amazing at what she does & it shows. A very clean & quit stay.

The elevators could use an update.

Room was not as expected for the money paid.

Very clean, thank you and kudos to the cleaning staff. Very pretty bed covers. Breakfast was great.

Hated the barn door style bathroom/closet door which gave no privacy. Hit my husband with the door as I came out of the bathroom and he was hanging something up. Beds were a bit hard and box springs crackled every time we turned over, as if wood was broken. No drawers for clothes, we had three pull out metal baskets for clothes.-*+- Bathroom only had pull out shelves for our stuff, my makeup would roll off, so I had to keep everything on the counter. Stayed at a Motel 6 once and it seems like Hampton Inn used same company to remodel.

It was a okay stay for being so close to the lake and location.

The Breakfast was good and convenient for on the go. I loved the room location. Decor of hotel and room good. love the cactus garden outside. pool looks inviting but never uses it.

This is the part I don't like- the negative. Both our rooms were not cleaned well. one of the rooms was dirty and the remote for the tv was disgusting, same room one part of the carpet seemed to be damp. This branch didn't have many workers. we had a full day on the lake expecting a restocked and clean room to come to. requested towels but the reservo desk employee was the only employee there & couldn't leave her area because there was no one else to cover. I didn't know I needed to request the room service in a 24hr notice which means I would of had to request the service the Friday morning before I arrived Friday Night. should been asked when checking in that night. Decor of hotel and room good but carpers need to be replaced. seems very old

Don’t stay here.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed 2 nights (not consecutively). When we checked in for our first night, we had to move rooms 3 times because the cigarette smells were too strong inside the rooms. The main areas and grounds are run down. The hallways had trash scattered around and smelled of sewage. The pool was murky and all of the loungers were collapsed and not useable. The one operating elevator was filthy. Sticky stuff on the floor and walls of the elevator. Did not feel like a Hilton property.

We booked last minute due to an issue with a differetnt Lake Havasu hotel. Room was 4 star quality - Comfy, spacious and clean. Lots of close by parking Good value for money

Breakfast wasnt the best - No fresh fruit Coffee was bad

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed all our adventures. The hotel staff was very helpful.

The breakfasts were outstanding. The gym allowed for a complete workout. The hotel had all the important amenities. The hotel was clean. Our stay was enjoyable with a staff that responded to our requests. Your refrigerator actually kept things cold!

My biggest issue was the room was not cleaned in the 4 days we stayed there. We arranged to have a clean on the 3rd day, but no one showed up. Our wastebaskets were overflowing, we ran out of everything...shampoo, conditioner, lotion, towels, and toilet tissue. For a Hilton, that's a shocker! Even condos are cleaned every 3 days! I strongly recommend you service the rooms more frequently. The mattress was not as firm as most hotel mattresses.

We enjoyed the area for visiting but disappointed it didn’t have a working pool and hot tub

Breakfast and bar was great!

We choose the hotel because of the pool and hot tub and the hot tub didn’t work and pool was cold and dirty.
