3 Bedroom 3 Bath Ocean Breeze Villa located in the popular South Forest Beach! 5 minute walk to the beach. The master bedroom has a king bed, first guest bedroom upstairs has two twin beds, the other guest bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed, and a sofabed is available in the family room. Each bedroom offers its own private bathroom, plenty of closet space, and several dressers. Completely updated with flat screen TV's throughout, free wifi/cable, private back deck with an electric grill, free tennis, and 3 pools within the complex. The bike path behind the villa will lead you straight to the beach or right down the street is the popular Coligny Plaza.
The kitchen has everything! It is equipped with high end appliances and every item you need to cook and enjoy eating in or grilling out! The living room has great views of the back yard area and nicely decorated with cozy furniture. The dining room is right off of the kitchen and has great views of the mossy oak trees out back and a dining table for 6.
No expense has been spared in this villa and it's highly decorated with very nice furniture, awesome views, privacy and is only a 5 minute walk to the beach! This unit is directly across from the nearest pool! There are 3 pools that are open April 1st to October 1st and are not heated, a tennis court, lots of walking areas and lagoons with water features! It's just beautiful and relaxing! This villa has been equipped like it is our home, as it is part of the time! We are here quite often working and keeping it updated, clean and nice for our renters! Nov 2022 we replaced the entire first floor with new flooring and new carpet going up the stairs.

The rental was as described, we had no issues with our stay. The host was very quick to respond to my messages.

The trip started off on a bad note and didn’t get much better. When we went to the property management company our parking passes were not there and they were closed. When they opened on Monday I learned that the property was being managed by a different company although and had to go there to get the passes.
I also feel that the listing misrepresented the actual condition of the property; for example the description says there are “high end” appliances in the kitchen. They might have been nice once, but now they are all rusted and in some cases being held together by duct tape. The cold water faucet in one of the upstairs bathroom was not wrong and was actually not even attached. The cookware and dishes were dirty and had to be cleaned prior to use. And the floors were probably recently replaced because of water damage (there was clear evidence of this under the kitchen sink) but I don’t think the damage to the subfloor was addressed; there were several soft spots on the ground floor, one in the kitchen was so bad that we were careful not to step there because we didn’t want to make it worse (or fall in). The shower heads all had hard-water buildup so they sprayed in all directions; several outlets didn’t work; the bikes were unusable as they were literally falling apart; one of the two chairs in the back porch was broken; one of the lamps in the living room was missing a kno
