About this house rental
Located in Panama City Beach, this charming house for $348 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to “Beachside Bliss”, our beautiful gulf front townhome directly on the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach! Beachside Bliss is a NON-SMOKING unit. Beachside Bliss is a 2-story townhome. It is *not* a condo in a high-rise complex. You'll have a private deck that opens directly onto the beach (you literally just walk out the sliding glass door). You won't have to park in some huge concrete parking garage (you park right outside the front door), you won't have to wait endlessly for very busy elevators, and you won't have to share the beach with the thousands of other condo residents typical in a high rise community. This truly is 'bliss'! The unit has 3 large bedrooms, all well appointed with quality furniture (and high-quality mattresses) so you can sleep comfortably after an adventurous day on the gulf. The master bedroom features a king size bed and picture windows that overlook the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom is kid friendly and can comfortably sleep 4 (2 queen beds and “full size” bunk beds). We also have a main level bedroom with a queen size bed adjacent to a (newly remodeled) bathroom with a shower. All three bedrooms have TVs with high definition cable service. The living room is well appointed too, and boasts a roomy sofa, two comfortable chairs, and a 65' Sony HDTV (with a DVD player) for your enjoyment. We have subscribed to over 160 channels (Xfinity) including most sports networks and some premium movie channels. The kitchen is a gourmet's delight... with custom Thomasville cabinetry, granite counters, an oversized center island, and high end stainless steel appliances. You’ll find the kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and cooking/dining utensils. It is a challenge keeping good cookware in a vacation rental so we replace all the pots and pans every three to six months. If you book with us and need something that isn't there then give us a call or text (we'll bring it to you ASAP). If you like to barbecue, you’ll find a high-end Weber gas grill ready for use on the gulf front deck. Our dining room has a large dinner table with a three-seat bench and 3 chairs, and 4 more can dine at the oversized island. As for location, Beachside Bliss is located approximately 3/4 of a mile west of the fabulous Pier Park shopping resort! You can see the pier itself from the gulf front deck. There are some great dining spots within walking distance of our townhome. Right across the street you’ll find a Wings/Barbeque place, and of course a couple of great seafood places (check out the “Sand Bar” about a block away). There is a Winn Dixie grocery store and a CVS pharmacy across the street as well. Just to our east (in Pier Park) you’ll find a world of entertainment, dining, and shopping. The pier itself offers great views and fine fishing! We're constantly updating and improving Beachside Bliss! We installed brand new windows throughout, as well as beautiful new flooring. The bathrooms have both been updated and we have replaced almost all of the furniture. The kitchen cabinets have been newly refinished, and we installed gorgeous plantation shutters (with 4" slats) in the master bedroom and living room. The unit is bright, airy, tastefully decorated and beach-themed. We work really hard to ensure that all of our guests have an awesome experience. We contracted with a new cleaning service in September 2022. They are a friendly and thorough service (so you’ll find our home well cleaned and ready for your vacation). If you have any cleaning issues when you check in we will immediately send someone to take care of the problems. We keep our calendar up-to-date, so you can check the available dates. This townhouse was perfect for our family! The rooms are actually bigger than pictured and the kitchen is super nice. The townhouse was clean upon arrival and we love that it was dog friendly! We are a family of 7, but will soon be a family of 8 with our new addition on the way. We hope to stay here again with our family next year! Very great experience.

This property had an excellent location on the beach with a grocery store a block away. The kitchen had a great assortment of dishes, knives, silverware, pots and pants, etc. Our family really enjoyed our stay!!! One thing to be prepared for is that the kitchen will not have anything left behind by previous guests such as salt, pepper, tin foil and Saran wrap, extra trash bags, etc. Also, the cleaning service left only one dish towel, 3 oz of dish soap, 2 laundry soap pods, and one dishwasher pod. If you are driving, you can save a lot of money by bringing a few things from home.

We loved our stay at this property so much! It was perfect for our family of five with young kids with it being right on the beach. The sand was white, and beautiful in the waters looked like Mexico! The house was very clean, and the owner was very responsive. The location to the Winn-Dixie is great as well. I know a lot of places claim to be beachfront but this truly is smack dab on the beach. You go down the stairs and you are there! This particular spot was not crowded at all. Very low-key and perfect for us, we will be back!

The location was great as we had great beach access and not very close to public beac access which made our part of the beach very enjoyable as it was not crowded. Will definitely look at this place again should we return to PCB

This was our second time to stay at Beachside Bliss. It is the perfect location to the beach with lots of room for people to sleep. Our dogs enjoyed the time away from home and time on the dog beach. We plan to come back next year!

My husband, our two teen and I stayed here for 6 days. The house itself it very nice with plenty of room for the 4 of us and our dog. We had a small issue with the door code checking on but with a phone call to Tim it was easily fixed. Location of the house is perfect. Very close to pier park and the dog beach. Winn Dixie is right across the street so if you need to grab something quick you can easily walk over there. Our favorite part was the fact that you can literally walk out the back door and be on the beach. We would definitely be interested in staying at this townhome again when we return to PCB.

This unit is in a row of about 28 townhomes, with around 7 steps down the stairs off it's beachfront deck to where your toes first hit the sand, a few steps along the dunes path and there are miles of beach in either direction with hundreds of feet of beach frontage. It is located 1 mile west of Pier Park Drive within walking distance to Winn-Dixie grocery store and a number of restaurants, in a less crowded beach area. Everything about the home is is fantastic. There are a total of 6 beds and a pull-out couch. The master bedroom is beachside with a full view of the beach a Gulf. The owner, Tim, is very responsive. The living room TV stopped working one night...I emailed Tim at 7 that night and the next morning at 10 he arrived with a brand new TV. All the appliances are great and an added plus is the automatic Ice-maker. We (me, my wife and our dog) thoroughly enjoyed our 4 weeks here and we look forward to returning. Thank you, Tim.

There is no denying the beautiful beachside view. The accommodations and furnishings in the townhouse were comfortable and the basics were in the kitchen. However, light bulbs were burned out and the dishwasher leaked. Instructions for adjusting the thermostats were very much needed. The basic housekeeping was adequate. The downstairs bathroom has a small shower stall which could be a tight fit for plus sized individuals. A full-sized tub upstairs is fine but, its 16 stairs to get there.

Location can't get better--back deck right in the sand/beach with a private trail right out to the beach. Place was bigger than expected and very nice compared to most beach houses. Highly recommend!

Beachside Bliss was more than we could have asked for! You can’t beat waking up in the morning and walking directly out to the beach. The house had all the basics that we needed and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. I highly recommended for anyone looking to spend time with their family.

Nice amenities but needs better cleaning crew
The furnishings are very nice, modern and spacious. Property had all needed amenities. Excellent location, beach front. Owner very understanding in changes to pet plans.
However, overhead fixtures very dusty, floor, doors and cabinet moldings need serious cleaning, floors not very clean. Also alot of dust/hair found between furnishings in upstairs bedroom.

Fantastic views of the ocean… love the gulf’s white sand. Home had all amenities and was very relaxing . We had a fun family experience with a bright, pleasant townhome to celebrate in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. The location was great and easy to get to. Being right on the beach is definitely a plus. The only issue we had was that we found some places in the townhouse to not be clean. However, this really became a positive as the owners were extremely responsive and took care of the issue right away. Overall, I would recommend this place because of the owners and the location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. The location was great and easy to get to. Being right on the beach is definitely a plus.
