Situated in Crystal Lake, this attractive house for $850 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This is the lake house you've been dreaming of! It is located on the desirable south shore of Crystal Lake and walking distance from the quaint Village of Beulah. There's room for your whole gang! Perfect for family reunions & multiple families. Home offers over 3800 sq. feet of spacious living, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, gas range, ice maker, bar area that seats 3, large dining table that seats 8, as well as large outdoor farm table right off kitchen overlooking lake. Enjoy the massive great room with cathedral ceilings, 2-sided brick gas fireplace which sits between main living area and an additional cozy sitting area. Spectacular views from every window! Additional living space in the partial basement which offers a large sectional couch, large screen TV, game table, and walk out to second level deck. Also included are basic cable, wireless internet, board games, & gas grill. Separate laundry room has newer large capacity washer/dryer, sink, iron/ironing board & additional storage for your use. Bedrooms: #1 Master bedroom-King-main level-sliding glass door to deck #2 Bedroom-Queen-main level-sliding glass door to deck #3 Bedroom-Queen -main level #4 Bedroom-Loft-1 King & 2 twins #5 Bedroom-2 Queen, 1 twin (2nd level-Spacious room, bedrooms #5 & #6 are connected and share a half bathroom) #6 Bedroom-1 King, 1 Queen, 1 full (2nd level-Spacious room) 4 Newly renovated Bathrooms Home is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Owner offers nice, clean & updated linens for renters use. Owner will also provide a limited number of bath towels & linens for renters use. (Approx enough to accommodate 20 ppl.) Beach towels are not provided. The exterior of the home offers: Multilevel decks, wraps around 3 side of the home, plenty of seating for relaxing and dining as you take in the views! The home is nestled on a hillside. Long stretch of steps leads to expansive private sandy beach that offer a patio/deck with loungers & beach chairs for your pleasure. Enjoy the large sand volleyball court, fire pit, over 90 ft private dock, and 2 paddle boards. Betsie Bay Trail runs along beach area where you can enjoy walking, running and biking. Marina is directly across the lake which provides, ski boat, pontoon boats, jet skis and other water toys for rent. Renters will need to provide own life jackets. Our property offers all the parking you could need. Large parking area in front of the home, as well as parking at the bottom of the hill adjacent to the beach. Easy beach access for those who don't want to take the stairs. (approx 70 steps) Great exercise! Winter getaway, close to skiing at Crystal Mountain, great for ice fishing and all outdoor activities. *OFF SEASON Cancellation Policy- In the event renter requests to cancel reservation at any time, the security deposit ($1000) and the first installment payment (half of the rental fee) will be forfeited. Cancellation within 90 days of rental period any and all paid rental fees are forfeited. *PEAK SEASON Cancellation Policy- In the event renter requests to cancel reservation at any time, the security deposit ($1000) and the first installment payment (half of the rental fee) will be forfeited. Cancellation within 6 months of rental period, any and all paid rental fees are forfeited. *OWNER HAS AN ADDITIONAL BUNKHOUSE RENTAL THAT IS PERFECT FOR OVERFLOW. IT IS LOCATED ONLY 2 MILES FROM OUR MAIN HOME

The Lake House was just as shown on the VRBO site. Very roomy. A perfect space for my family group of fourteen. Plenty of sleeping and bathroom accommodations and living space for my wife and I, our three adult children and their spouses and our grandchildren. Property owner was very helpful in keeping this trip a surprise for my wife’s birthday.

Wonderful layout for our large group of women. Plenty of beds (no bunkbeds!) and bathrooms. 2 large areas to sit and visit and a big table for eating and playing games.

The property owner did a great job in making sure the property was ready, that we understood our responsibilities as renters and that we were able to get any questions asked about the property.
The property sits on a hill about 150 ft above the water making for incredible views. Ample outside space to enjoy a nice day with everyone staying at the property. Nice dock with kayaks and paddle boards available to us at the beach. Made for great opportunity for those who wanted some exercise to get it.
Not that we cooked, but the kitchen was well appointed and laid out nicely to accommodate cooking if you wished to.
Only one minor drawback was to access one of the bedrooms upstairs you had to traverse through another bedroom. Worked fine for us as it was all close family. Might be awkward for others.
Definitely would encourage anyone with a family gathering or close knit group of friends to stay at this property. Crystal Lake is a beautiful and less crowded part of Northern Michigan.

Our group of mothers and teen sons loved staying here! Plenty of room to enjoy game night, cooking together, skiing and walking to Beulah. Plenty of space for sleeping and well appointed kitchen. We loved all bri g together in one house.

From top to bottom this was an amazing home. Our extended family got together after 2 years apart and had a blast. The house was big enough for the 16 of us (grandparents to 12 yr old with a broken leg). The kitchen was my sister in laws favorite place. If you have a chef in the family they will be super happy in the kitchen. Beds were comfy. The house was exceptionally clean. Location was great too.
My only advise is regulating heat. A bit tricky. Keep the fireplace off at night, earlier the better.
Getting to the house is a bit tricky too and it could be icy (steep hills) as well. There's 3 or 4 was to get to the house so look on a map.

House was as advertised, and even better. 6 couples enjoyed our “home” for the weekend. Views were outstanding and amenities were great. Location to wineries and restaurants were ideal. Will book again.

Ours was a sweet/sad reunion of 15 family members, gathered to bury our beloved mother/grandmother/great grandmother. The home was everything we needed: a place to gather and reminisce, a place to separate out when someone needed a good cry or a nap, an inspiring view, and a truly lovely outdoor space in which to enjoy a fire and a s’more. Mine can be a fussy family; absolutely everyone described the house and experience as “perfect.”

We had a great time staying at this house! It was huge, beautiful and well-equipped. We also had fun dipping in the lake and enjoying the view from the the deck. Janay was communicative, accommodative, and quick to answer any question we had. Thank you very much for allowing us to hold our retreat at your house!

We had the most amazing time in this home as part of a yoga retreat. The home was spacious and well cared for. We appreciated the beautiful decor and layout of the home. The great rooms made for perfect group discussions and activities. The pictures of the stairs leading down to to lake may seems intimidating at first but the decking down has many little nooks and benches to take your time if you should need it or it is very easy to walk or drive down the driveway. Crystal Lake is phenomenal and the location of this home was perfect. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. As somebody who books a lot of these trips I THANK YOU tremendously for the care you put into your home and this platform, it is very rare. We can’t wait to come back next year!

We all had a great time, our ages range from 65 to 80, the House worked well for all our handicaps. It was very clear and very well stocked with dishes and etc. we will rent again.

We had a lovely time on Crystal Lake. The house is everything in the pictures and more! We all enjoyed spending time on the beach and enjoying our morning coffee on the deck. It comfortably slept 20 people too, and everyone could easily socialize in the common spaces. The host was helpful and accommodating. We hope to go back one day!

The house and the view were spectacular. The perfect place for our entire group. Everyone had their own bedroom &/or bathroom also. The gathering areas were open & spacious, the large deck afforded magnificent views of the lake. The beach area was very nice, plenty of seating, great sand & a perfect firepit for an evening fire. The kitchen was a nice size. The beds and all of the furniture were very cozy, especially the built-in wraparound couch by the fireplace, very cool. Would definitely recommend the house for the amenities & especially the host who was very responsive to any questions we had. Great time at a great place!

Janay, the property owner, was very responsive and accommodating... as was the home itself. The home was equipped with dishes and bar tools and everything to make you feel right at home. The home was very clean and the welcome manual that Janay provides helps to set very clear expectations, so that everyone is on the same page going in. We had a lovely stay, and would absolutely return to this very property in the future.

We decided as a family to try to get away with our extended family over the winter break. We hadn’t seen each other since 4th of July. We decided to quarantined prior to the trip so we could try and safely gather. What a wonderful time we had! This rental house, is not a rental house, but a warm, welcoming home. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Plenty of beds and room for all ages. We had 50+ to 10 year old and everyone enjoyed it. The owners were helpful, attentive and accommodating. We will definitely be back again!

Myself and 9 other guests had a wonderful time. Though the house sleeps up to 20 - the host does have a limit for toilet paper and trash bags (1 roll per bathroom, and 2 trash bags for the entirety of your stay). I found this policy inconvenient and irrational due to the volume of guests and money paid. However, the host was communicative and very kind.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay . From the minute we booked the communication with Janay was great. As we walked in the front door it was a beautiful view of crystal lake. Rooms were very nice , comfortable beds. Great place to spend time with family .

Renting this house was a great experience- property owners were helpful through the whole process, even answering questions while we were there. We enjoyed the beach while we were there and the trail. The living room was large enough for all of us to gather and the bedrooms were nice size too. Would rent again!
