Enjoy the view of a huge heated swimming pool, gulf waters 3 1/2 miles of white sand crescent beach, spectacular sunsets and wildlife sanctuary all from your balcony. All rooms are nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. Our condo is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing stay including beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. It was great to wake up to such wonderful views from the balcony. It took us a day to figure out what doors each of the 3 keys opened. The payment for the laundry machines was too complicated, but help and resources were available to us. Overall, a great experience!

The owner is very kind and went out of his way to welcome us. Condo was clean and check in/out process is very smooth. Property is quite a hike to the beach (15-20 minutes), so be prepared for that. Property is not super kid friendly, lots of very strict rules (I understand rules are needed but it was over the top). We watched the Pool attendants get very angry and borderline aggressive with other guests (particularly an evening security guard that was very rude. We heard him scream at several guests and he walked around with a chip on his shoulder all week). No food or drinks near the pool deck, no jumping, no splashing, no tossing a ball. You are allowed to basically just float on a pool noodle. Kids are not allowed to be kids and the pool closes at dark. No walking on the beach after dark because you are not allowed to use a flashlight (turtle season). We made the best of the week, but I would look for another location for a family trip. This property would be better for older adults.

The condo was exactly what we expected, and the balcony was fantastic! We spent a lot of time sunning and gazing at the ocean. It was just me and my husband, and we really enjoyed having two spacious bathrooms. Communication was also great, so a 5 star review is well deserved.

It was a long walk to the beach but that did not deter me. It was great excercise! Lots of shells. The condo is very nice and spacious. It was comfortable and the two BR and two baths made it especially desirable. I felt quite overwhelmed at the check in process...mostly the keys. Once I understood the routinem, it was simple! The pool and surrounding area was very nice. Pickleball courts were nearby and the people there were quite inviting and fun. Lots of places to eat and drink in town and shopping too. Hoping to go back again?

We only got to stay for 2.5 days out of 7. There was a mandatory evacuation of the island and we had to got to the east coast.

This condo is super spacious and newly remodeled. Bob took care of us with all communications and concerns. Bob had accommodations for everyday living. The beach cart and beach chairs were very helpful in our stay. Dishwasher and appliances are very well taken care of and made the stay much easier. This property was everything I wanted and more. The pool is well kept as well as the parking deck. Thank you Bob I will recommend your properties to everyone looking to stay in Marco Island.

Beautiful condo that is fully stocked. Owner is awesome. Only thing to know for when you go is that it is a bit of a walk to the beach. The condo is on the beach but the beach is massive and it takes time to get to the water (10 min walk). Would stay again for sure.

This was my 1st time renting through vrbo and it was seemless. Everything was as described. I also received a call from the property owner who was nice and helpful. This particular property was in a great location, the last condo near tigertail Beach. Great view of beach. Condo was in great condition with new appliances.

Again, excellent location and fantastic views. Everything was clean and functional. The only downside were the two twin beds. They urgently need replaced as they are incredibly uncomfortable and loud. The springs must be rusted and every time one rolls over or even moves, there is a very loud noise that wakes up the one sleeping and can be heard throughout the condo. If the twin beds would have been in better condition, this would have been a five star review.

Very beautiful condo with direct access to pool and beach. It was spacious and clean, and had all the necessities we needed for the beach (towels, chairs, etc). The view from the unit is amazing!

This property was great! Right on the beach and an amazing view! The property was stocked with all your beach needs! It is a little bit of a walk to get to the actual water, but that didn’t bother us. I will say that we were not prepared for the biting midges. Just be sure that if you are walking near the greenery at dusk or nighttime to use a bug spray with deet! The location is great! Lots of local restaurants and shops, and Naples is a quick 20 minute drive away for more shopping! Overall a wonderful stay!

The unit was very clean and well appointed. The owner supplied everything needed to enjoy a week on the beach. The views from the unit are absolutely spectacular and access to the beach and pool are just a quick elevator ride and short walk away. Can't go wrong with this one. Great place to stay!
