About this house rental
Nestled in Miramar Beach, this lovely house for $594 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. I invite you to come waste away at My Margarita Time. Private Beach means reserved space for you on our private beach where you’re not having to get up at the crack of dawn to save a place on the beach. It’s saved for you, and not arm and arm chairs and not 2,3,and even 4 rows of umbrellas, even on holidays. Break away from your worries to enjoy all this lovely beach treasure has to offer. Sitting just one lot back from the beach on historic Tang-O-Mar road, 'My Margarita Time is a fully equipped four bedroom, five bath, piece of paradise in Miramar Beach area. If you need 5, 6, or 7th bedroom , you have the option to add to your reservation once you book. I don’t force you to rent what you don’t need. This can be arranged thru the owner, Derral, after booking. It runs approximately $775 per week per bedroom, plus $25 clean and tax. With our huge 1200 sf Game/Rec Room at the pool level with the 5th full bath. Our home is a 4 bedroom, living room and den, and the ability to rent 3 additional bedroom and 3 baths, but rates posted are for 4 bedroom. It has 5 baths in which one bath in the recreation room. If you don’t rent the extra room, no they are not rented to other guest. They are just locked out.Featuring all solid pine wood floors on the main floor. All new stainless appliances, granite, subway tile and fully equipped kitchen and a huge front deck overlooking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This house has it all! Enjoy the theme of 'Lay Back Beach' while A giant barracuda hang from the living room ceiling. You may also want to sip a cocktail and watch a sunset while sitting on one of the many colorful Adirondack chairs on the Front deck and actually view the beach and ocean and even the dolphins swimming. This is not a house where you think you see the ocean, you enjoy the sunsets in the ocean and a real ocean/beach view, even from the bbq grille and for sure from the porch and living room. Very rare. We added a putting green and corn hole game ( not shown in phots. NEW) for the entire family fun. The house is only 75 steps from the ocean's beautiful white beaches. YES 2-Beach chairs/1-umbrella set up are furnished during March thru October and included in your price. This will save the area for you on the beach. Yes you can set your own tent beside or behind you beach set up. If you desire a change of pace from the sun and sand, feel free to enjoy the 'Silver Sands Designer Factory Outlet Mall' across Highway 98 and many of the areas finest restaurants just a short way away! Yes, My Margarita Time is located in a super low traffic subdivision. Just walk from the porch to the beach without the worry of overcrowded car traffic. Featured in the Destin Log newspaper as this is Destin you remember 25 years ago in the past. Come find your 'lost shaker of salt'. Enough of the Cheap words, Look at the 'PICTURES'. On the pool level we have added a 1200 sf recreation game/TV room that will is equipped with a pool table and a full bath, sectional and TV area, plus skeetball machine and more. This is a perfect place for a vacation! Priviate, steps from the beach, clean, and I could go on and on. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone. All the comforts of home and beautiful views!! Mr. Dobbs and his family were as amazing as the location. BOOK IT NOW!

We had such a good time! There was something for everyone to do and stay entertained. The house is in a wonderful location, just steps from the beach and close to plenty of amenities. The beach was beautiful and well kept. If we go back to that area, we will definitely rent again!

This property is AMAZING! The owners thought of everything! Well maintained and very clean. You cannot beat the location. We have stayed in the Destin area many times. We always stay “gulf front”. But having this house was better. It is just a few steps to the beach-fewer than a beachfront condo. And the convenience of having to walk right off the beach and into your own beach house with a private pool, you’re not going to beat that! All the beds are comfortable. Plenty of high quality linens and towels. The washer and dryer are huge! And the owner is great! He is close by if you need anything, but also gives you privacy. A perfect combination you don’t always get with a rental. The patios, porches and outdoor areas are beautifully maintained and offer so much seating! You always have a perfect comfy seat exactly where you want, in sun or shade. We had a few storms and the upper porch is the perfect spot to watch them roll in. The game room saved us with the kids when the rain kept them off the beach and out of the pool. Again, we cannot say how much we loved this vacation home, and plan to return again!

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The owners were great and easy to deal with. The living area was clean and comfortable for our large group. The game room was the highlight of our stay and it was just a few steps away from the beach which had the clearest water I’ve seen in a long time. Great location Great value Great owners. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing yet entertaining family vacation.

This property is amazing, I can not put in words how much my family loved My Margaritaville Time. We had 7 total guest (4 adults, 3 children) . The kids spent most of their time in the game room, the heated pool and of course the beautiful beach that is just steps away. Grandma and Grandpa loved the views of the ocean from the deck while enjoying their morning coffee. Even on a rainy day the layout is the property kept the vacation going we tvs in every room and I already mentioned it but the game room downstairs!!! The communication during the booking , pre arrival , during our stay , and check out was simply amazing. Darrel sent us suggestions for the kids before we even arrived! Thank you Darrel for such a unforgettable family vacation !!! We will see you again in 2024! ( Of course we already rebooked our next spring break trip here before even departing!).

This property is incredible! The location is absolutely amazing, just steps away from the beautiful white sand beach! Our family really enjoyed our relaxing week long stay. The beach was fantastic and there was also plenty to do around the house with the pool, game room, corn hole and putting green. It's only a short drive into Destin for even more fun things to do! Derral, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. We do feel the cleaning company could have done a better job preparing for our arrival as there were a few areas that were not very clean, but overall the house was in pretty good shape when we arrived. It was nothing that interfered with enjoying our stay, but that's the reason I'm giving a 4 star rating as opposed to 5. We would absolutely rent this property again!

I had high expectations when I booked My Margaritaville a year ago. It had been a few years since my family and I had been able to take a vacation and we were SO excited to stay here. Every aspect of My Margaritaville lived up to our expectations!! The house and property was perfect for our family! We had a total of 10 people in our group. (5 adults and 5 kids).It has plenty of room so that you can enjoy each other’s company without being too close. Every bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. The kitchen is huge and flows perfectly with the eating and living room area. The deck is just perfect for drinking your coffee on each morning and watching the waves or having cocktails just the evening and enjoying each others company. The teens and young adults loved the game room on the first floor and spent a considerable amount of time there

We just returned from a fantastic stay at My Margaritaville! The house was perfect! Plenty of room for 6 adults to spread out. Amazing location, gorgeous private beach, pool was great, game room was a blast, corn hole tournaments for days, comfy beds, and a stocked kitchen. We can’t wait to come back! We have definitely found our new spot. The owner, Derral, was great to work with and was just a text away if we had any questions. Perfect stay.

There is no possible way I can describe how incredible this property is. The attention to detail was the first thing that I noticed. “My Margaritaville” is one of the best VRBO properties I’ve ever stayed in. The interior is stunning. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The floors are absolutely gorgeous. The bedding and color schemes throughout the house are bright and cheerful. The upgrades are everywhere. My kids loved the pool and the waterfall. They easily walked from the ocean to the pool all day everyday. My youngest told me it was “the best vacation he’s ever gone on.”
Communication was easy, parking was abundant, you make friends with the people staying around you on the beach & the WiFi is excellent in case you need it (and a few times we did).
The beach house is stunning, safe, clean and we plan on returning.
We were even happier when we found out the beach was private to the Tang O Mar community.
The owners go above and beyond and the intrinsic details within the house and outside will make your jaw drop. The view of the emerald green ocean from the master bedroom is something I will never forget.
The beds were comfortable, the AC was the perfect temperature, the seating was perfect and our whole experience there shaped our standards for vacations in the years to follow.
I’ve already sent the house link to 4 different families based on the pictures I posted on social media.
Book this property - it has everything you need. Pack a few items and My Margaritaville will handle the rest.

Nice place, great location. Description of property is a little confusing. Two bedrooms and bathrooms off the main room. Through a seating area there is access to two other bedrooms and bathrooms. This is apparently a new addition. The bathrooms are very nice but the bedrooms are a little tight but, adequate. The older section neeeds to have the floor refinished and it could use some rugs. The decor is a little over the top but appropriate for the name of the property. The kids and adults loved the pool. The large seating area at pool-side and on the balcony was wonderful and we used it extensively. Having a hose available to wash off the sand was also great. The large laundry room was used extensively and the size of the appliances was also good.
We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to anyone. Derral was great to work with and having him on-site was a big plus.
