Just as some people require a service/assistance animal for medical or mental purposes, people with debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair, are protected by the Law. 3)The hot tub use is free of charge, so please feel free to soak and enjoy! However, we do ask of you to follow the instructions on hot tub use and care that we provide in Welcome Packet. Please treat our hot tub with respect and try to leave it in good condition. If the failure to follow our instructions results in a hot tub, which is not in usable condition, as for example due to: - Low water level - Greenish or otherwise “unusual” water color - Or similar issues We will charge a $200 fee in order to cover the additional service expenses needed to restore the hot tub to its functional condition. 4) Check-in time is 4:00PM and check-out time is 11AM. 5) Pool heat is available for an additional fee and would need to be requested at least one week prior to check-in.
